I would reccomend using Ad-aware or Spybot search and destroy. They will get rid of it in a jiff |Drew|

  5. When you say master drive, you are referign to the Hard Drive? If so i have had this problem some time back. As far as i can tell the drive was defective, or after a large amount of swaping the connection for the power had become severd in some position. After i replaced the drive the clicking stoped. I however was not having frezing issues unless i did get the drive to click by moving the powercord. |Drew|

  8. Trash it and get yourself a new burner. Check into LiteOn they make some good product at cheap prices. Cd Burner 29.99 Dvd 16x dual format dual layer 89.99 |Drew|
  9. If you have tracked this to the logitech driver, i would recomend trying the most recent drivers for the product. Uninstall pervious drivers and reinstall the most recent. However im not positive that this is the case. This is a Blue Screen correct? I would reccoend trying a Low Level Format or Zerofill. THere may eb some overlapping coruptted data. Install a new copy of Xp after your zerofil, see if that helps If you wish to test your theroy in regards to the Keyboard and mouse, try another one with different drivers, and see if you get different results. |Drew|
  10. Happy Bday mate! Hope everything goes well Cheers |Drew|
  11. I would reccomend not instaling Xp from within a preexisting OS. Rather Boot from the CD Rom. You can Change to boot order of your IDE devices within the Bios. To enter this hit and hold the "Del" key on Boot. Make sure the Xp Cd is in the cd rom tray on boot and you will be prompted to boot off it. DO so and follow the on screen instructions. From there you can install your Xp SP1 |Drew|
