If your graphic card has enough memory, you can add such resolution in PowerStrip: Advanced timing options>Custom resolutions, then choose from the predefined list.
I really would like to know, what's going on with this project - is frozen, stopped, whatever? The last update was made on 4 March (over six weeks ago) and Xeno is rarely seen here, on MSFN forum.
If you have 2 GB (or more) of RAM, 384 MB (or more) of vcache it's OK but I wouldn't recommend such vaule for PC with 1 GB - 256 MB should be enough IMHO.
Not exactly: in this moment 3.5 and 3.6 series are on the same level of security. Of course this would change, if Mozilla will not update 3.5 line anymore (Firefox 3.5.18 as the last version). Btw, for Win9x users it's not important anyway.
I'm using a latest version (4.3.1) of Foxit Reader but I haven't problem to open pdf file with newest (1.4) portable version of Sumatra PDF (KernelEx 4.5 Final installed).
In the first place, why you need QuickTime - it's well known bloatware. I would recommend you to install (if you really need it) a QuickTime Alternative.
I must say, that I'm really impressed. It means, it's possible to adopt more AM2+ (or even AM3) motherboards in that way? Btw, what CPU you are using with Gigabyte mobo?
I'm very curious, how it was possible for you to install Win98 SE, using that relatively a new motherboard - it supports even six-core Thuban! Btw, you can download drivers for Windows 2000 and up only. http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3396#dl
I don't think so - I have 1 GB of RAM (loblo twice more) and it doesn't help. It must be software related but I don't know it's OS or browser or something else. Btw, you've used your old Firefox profile (that was in my case)?
Same here with an AMD Opteron 154 (2.8Ghz) and 2GB of RAM. In that case, it's most probably not hardware related problem because of big difference in computational power between both systems.
You know, your problem/s could be hardware related. Here are requirements for Shockwave Player: http://www.adobe.com/products/shockwaveplayer/productinfo/systemreqs/
Like herbalist, I've installed slim version of latest Shockwave Player (on default KEX settings) and looks like it works with my usual browsers (Firefox 3.5.17, Opera 11.01 and SeaMonkey 1.1.19) Frogman, do you really need it? - I hardly remember a website which required its presence.
I'm always removing older version in such situation to avoid potential problems - in my case update works fine too. Btw, if you don't have any issues, you shouldn't worry about the way you've chosen.
