  1. I'm using it, and of course it has bugs its in beta But i havent come across any bugs yet (exept the favourites one, and toolbar rearanging) But they will be fixed soon IMO it is alot better than Firefox (remember that is my opinion)
  2. Thats true But there are some people that dont know all the extra settings in FF And there are some people using the 'free' version of opera with ads I used opera and it is an exellent browser i just would switch to it if it was free (ie no ads) But i will never switch to firefox because of the fact that FF has failed to meet my requirements Such as it didnt secure a https page and saved the credit card number and with its javascript flaw (which was supposedly fixed) on a test page showed that the card number could easily be retrieved by any page I ran the same test In IE6 / IE7 and they never done it Opera didnt do it either Anyway i dont think IE7 is a disapointment, but to some people of course it will be As for the fact of MS copying FF, people want and asked for those features and now they are doing it, so seriously its not worth complaining about - if its a disapointment to you, submit it to MS whats wrong or use another browser which most people do Either way go MS bring on IE7
  3. I did not know that Thank you very much Msgbox "message",,"Title" Say I wanted TITLE to be - Whatever The Text box - BLAHBLAHAHALHAAKDLHD risdouhgdifohgdiohj How do i get it to go on the next line and how do I put weblinks in it? or have a countdown timer is it possible?
  4. Well the phishing filter is definately a security feature not all security changes a visible obviosely i think IE7 will definatly bring back alot of people from dodgy firefox and nonfreeware opera

  14. I agree with your signature - isnt FF meant to be perfect and not get attacked with spyware and stuff. As for you problem most of the people here have given you great answers to help you as the same as one up there i would have said about the check Task Manager or run IE to see if it happens Have you had any luck yet?
  15. Do you know what the website is? Thnx
  16. Win2k3EE ur right i agree IMO Windows works fine its the users that stuff it up in the end I had one person (apparently the top in our C4 IT Class [Til i moved in]) He was installing XPize / Longhorn Transformation Pack / and Sp2 all at once on a XP Machine (3 Installer Modifying System Files At Once, Seriously) But back on topic Windows Vista looks promising and i must say to those who dont like it - Its still in Beta (Well only just into beta) And Dont Bag it till you tried it

  19. 1.) Where is your source on that 2.) www.microsoft.com/windowsvista says diferent to us Why would it be on MS's website al logo'd and decorated like that if it wasn't an OS Please tell us go on then. Explorer Browser? You mean Internet Explorer 7? WHY WOULD IT BE CALLED WINDOWS VISTA IT HAS BEEN CALLED INTERNET EXPLORER 7 Sorry people for getting annoyed like that i am in a bad mood atm
  20. Im sure it hates you to Also i thought msn was supported by evil pepsi? not coke
  21. Maybe so for a slow connection but there people telling me this and that saying ie caps at 3mbit and crap it all just getting annoying now - each persons opinion and choices are valid, but that doesnt mean they are true I personally like IE because i've found it to be less full of crap (which other people do like that stuff but not every has to) and 'I' have found it to load pages ALOT faster than firefox on a high speed connection and also in that graph it shows that all browsers are faster and slower in diferent areas no browser is perfect or the safest, I reckon just choose one you like the best and not blast everyone else when they mention another one (not saying you did i'm talking about other threads)
  22. ive used opera, IE (my default one) and firefox and never noticed any diference exept firefox to longer to open the program itself than the others I like opera but its not free (without ads) Also witht he speeds of internet these days does it really make a diference?
  23. Just in case - i think you've picked up on it but isnt it the i386 folder not i286?
  24. Your talking about logon aren't you I did see a something like this it was a service i come across a while ago that allowed something like this (wasnt very good but) it only allowed .avi files and played them in a special logon screen (which you weren't able to change (i dont think) I will try and find it for you - the site went down over a year ago when they gave up on the project. I think it was called MovieLogon or something like that i dont know I will try and find it for you Also sort of on topic in windows xp setup they play a small movie before the Post Install setup thing - ive figured out how to change the background music bt wondering if anything else there can be changed.
