VMware you can install ANY!! os its just like a real PC thats the killer part about it

lol when you load up Nlite add them to the updates page the .cab files for them to be install there is a howto on the Nliteos.com website with what to do

you can go and get the serial you need for it from there website to run it as a home ver of the problem ... coz its not a corp ver serial number / ver of the program i dont see the problem .. but if you do report it to one of the mods and lets them see what they think of the topice ps .. as far as i can remember its just the problem i released no serial number in it .... yell at me if i'm wrong ...

if you near the link on the Nlite addon page has being removed i got a PM saying that all of the Mirror 1 links where not working but ithere should be one or two copy of AVG around that being made into a addon

never had that problem i just open the ISO file in nero and burn to dvd without a problem or try Alcohol 120% to burn the ISO

@mystur the files.7z is the files in the folder that you are compressing .. with hte Nlite adon maker tool .. arrr i think we all got that problem here n there at times just try a reboot to see if thats helps or reinstall ( or uninstall reboot reinstall)

theres about 20,000 post on this same topice i think we all are getting sick of seening this but heres the funny thing vista ist FINISHED yet ... and at the rate its going its going to be 2007 before it does ... even get out of RC release and than maybe 2 or 3 months to make the program depending of the how hard it is to mod the OS files ... if you can mod them

whats wrong with the msnmsger.msi /passive to do the silent install ? thats how i do mine

have you try to install it via silent at the runonce of windows if you cant make the adodn cab for it to work .. try that .. its looks like this (note i dont know the setup name its use so its a defualt layout) start /wait %systemdrive%\addons\APS\setup.exe <any switchs needed here > put that into a file called like " install.cmd" and add the line to the .txt file in the $oem$ folder "install.cmd" and test it out to see if its installs it right sorry i cant remeber the .txt file name...

will the be ... arrr let me think when MS does the final release of the OS than maybe .. its a game of wait n see but if you know how vista does its install job its a lot harder than doing the NT 5 OS .. modding soon ? NO! ... i think nuhi has got better things to do with his time than try to make a Nlite for the beta / RC release of vista

as far as i know once u removed it .. its BYE BYE .. to it for good just copy the XP ( clean / un mod ) cd back to hard drive n than load the last_session file back up make sure to untrick that 16-bit support .. box to have it there n add any updates/addons/Service packs as well that you had PS being there done that with removing something i needed

dam it ok if someone knows how to use autoscript it to do the installer thats the only way to make it install without user input due to the type of installer it has got sorry all :/

arr why are you editing the nlite.inf file for ... ok .. the 2 or 3 cmd windows jumping up at start is nothing half a sencond at most of times it takes to show them and they to go away personaly i dont think there is no need to edit them out

you need on the pc thats got the tv tuner card the WMP server / encode program to do the server of tv data give me 5 mins and i will see if i can find the ep of hak5 for u with it its ep 5 of hak5 try windows media encoder to do the streaming with i think its at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsme...er/default.mspx to download from have a look about 9.5 mb

install a test copy of ur OS in VMWare than copy over the VMware pc the addon to test unzip it than run the .exe file and see if its installs or thats one way of testing without having to do the totaly install of OS again ... BUT whats workins in windows like that doest allways means its going to work installation part of windows install of addons

remote desktop to watch tv is bad due to the fact that u can or may get a blank screen and if the tv tuner card programs crash or pc reboots than u got a problem trying to restart the program ( windows remote desktop) but really you wantting to do media streeming but than you only got one ch to watch if you do that .. or streem with remote desktop to change tv ch;'s on the server box side note there was a ep from hak5 (www.hak5.org) on how to setup a steam server using windows media server ( or there abouts) ... have a look at the shownotes to find the ep .. n download to see how they did it
