@WeirdEars about the hard drive problem with linux make sure you use IDE hard drives not the SCSI its wil give you problems fav linux arr thats hard i got 3 CentOs 4.2 ( 32 bit) and FC4 ... both from RedHat Xandros desktop OS ver 3 i havet used it in ages but it was nice and easy if i can remember right:)

have you try that windows install you make without the chipset drivers to make sure its thats is the problem if not give that a go if so than EEK the way i would install the chipset drivers would be using the runonce when windows boots up for the frist time to install them or something like that but thats would be me ** tip ** use a cd-rw there's is nothing like wasting a good blank CD on a test install OS burn

depends on the amount of crap i install or windows has got a problem but every 3 months or so reload from a image and every 7 to 9 months do a good clean install of windows

ok i cant remember is the file a .MSI or .EXE if its a .EXE can you extract it all to get all the files its got once you done that do this XZY.MSI /passive /NORESTART xzy = the file name of the .MSI file and off you go it should install it

ok point a . im shock the super mod didt pick this up i need help please ist a good topice title but now for your qus about drivers copy them over to hard drive than if your OS is xp than delete any windows 2000 / any other OS drivers from the copyed files over and add them at the drive integrate page just pick muliple driver folder than find where you copyed the drivers over and pick that folder than your good to go well almost but im sure you can work out what to do afters

can you open the .cab file if you can .. try extracting the files from it and try to than add the ENTIES_XXX.ini file see if its goes that way IF you cant open the cab than redownload it and see if thats works PS use the MD5 to make sure the file is 100 % ok PS next time add the thumbnail image

ok its depends on the addon like there is a p2p appz there its needs java so java frist than p2p program so thats installs alright but its depends on the addon and if it need any thing else to be installed for it to be installed but normal any order is fine ooh and simple one if the ADDON wants to reboot than HAVE it last last thing you want to do is reboot dueing the windows install
