      I mentioned in an edit to the post here that there was bad weather in the area. Power and cable lines were down. Cable i think is still out where the server was, but I have moved the server back to my home as I got better internet access recently. It is now online, and will continue to be. Possible brief exceptions in the coming days as I work to reconfigure my network.

    It certainly works with version 1.3. It also works for me without any problems. Version 1.5 doesn't work because it uses a Sha2 certificate and W2k doesn't support it.

    As in previous posts, you need to type ipconfig in the command prompt. Windows XP says IP address and Windows 10 says IPv4 address.
