Yes. Unfortunately, ProxhttpsProxy v1.3 cannot be opened in W2k either. I have ProxhttpsPoxy running outside my vm. That's why it works. To open it directly in W2k we need an even older version of ProxhttpsProxy.

Hi everybody, My host system is Windows 10 and I have 3 VMs running. I want to run the proxy outside the vms so as not to have to open the proxy inside the vms. Is that possible? My 3 vms are windows xp, 2000 and 7.

No. In Windows 2000 it only works with the extended kernel because Tls 1.2 is required. So you need to upgrade to Internet Explorer 8 and install the necessary updates.
