  1. Guys, what version are you currently re-butchering ? I don't mind to test 13.5.1030. But no lower. tnx.
  2. Appreciate the reply. Yes, the same , like you said. Also they moved to "nothing hardware below win 10", only soft. Could we restore that functionality ? The comment I wrote in your kernel topic abot Skia. I tried forcing with flags and nothing worked on win 7, not even RawDraw. The last 109 win7 chrome looks very ugly without that functionality. Terrible fonts, etc.
  3. Good advice, it will sure help him ))). Listen, the orignal poster you replied to , is off-topic. Do you think we need to alert Astroskipper and also Jody, maybe.
  4. Watcha trynna say ? It finally worked fir you with the lesser size, like I suggested ?
  5. From what I remember from my brief XP days, OpenVPN always messed up my LAN settings and adapter. Why brief ? I ditched XP as soon as Vista came out, when I bought my Siemens with Q6600 in 2007. And it was still making an impact, even on that Quad. I think OpenVPN is unreliable, it also has no *kill switch*. Sorry for my opinion.
  6. Please don't generalize and don't oversimplify. What do you mean by "with Russia" ? I wrote the programme connects to Russia to check the speed. I stated the fact . For me it's weird. Is it not for you ?!?? It defeats the whole purpose of being protected, no ? Oh, we know you don't like the NSA. But connections to Russia ??!? C'mon. So I warned the members by stating the facts. Facts only. Regarding OpenVPN, you wrote yourself , it's has a huge impact on the CPU, so how's it "more convenient"? Sounds a bit contradictory, sorry. Anyways, thanks for your advice !
  7. I should very much like to see you as a moderator. EDIT: Actually partially on-topic.
  8. Could you tell me why ? Because of that connection to Russia ?
  9. No , I meant literally. It's quite possible.
  10. At least on-topic.
  11. What worries me, @AstroSkipper may not approve because it's free and maybe crap.
  12. Someone tried this one ? Says XP supported and it's free. https://download.cnet.com/Proxy-Mask/3000-2144_4-76208081.html
  13. Of course you would need to learn. But some may do it unintentionally. I mean leech the hell out of someone.
  14. Yes, but launched with the help of spells.
  15. Of course better to ask questions to the author before you purchase , because like I wrote, I didn't try the latest, so something could be changed.
  16. Because I know leeching energy works.
  17. This one works on XP. At least a bit earlier version I tried. This is a simple and easy to use tool. Paid, but has free proxies, also. From what I know, this software was made a Latvian guy. What struck me as weird, it checks the speed of the servers by connecting to Yadnex, so I don't know how deep the ties to the KGB/FSB/Russia are. The connection can be blocked. Also, you can change in the paid version. "Full support of Socks v5 and Elite servers". https://www.proxyswitcher.com/
  18. 1 - A figure of speech (maybe stolen from Microsoft, the creepy "we are checking your PC") 2 - I have zero problems admitting my mistakes, if there are such. Still no anwser about the ready paid official solutions, you just named the protocols they use. And some are quite questionable/dubious. Like this one: "... with a major downside, it doesn’t offer any encryption. That’s why it’s implemented..." www.websiterating.com/vpn/glossary/what-is-l2tp-ipsec/ 3 - But I guess the commercial VPN software you use is your secret and I'm absolutely fine with it ! And therefore, named or not - on-topic, which is the most important thing ! And isn't OpenVPN free ?
  19. What about win 7 ?
  20. Many of the problems could be solved with spells. Like when you're exhausted. Just saying' Can leech energy from the others, absolutely legally, since no "scientific proof". A pleasure to help.
  21. Not with the gym, no. This can only be checked when making payments, like I said . But we (you and I) have good eyes, so the first thing I noticed and didn't like in 2036 - the fonts are worse than in 1035. Not clear.
  22. I just wrote my opinion and said don't waste your time (and mine for the replies, lol). Again, my opinion it's not worth it. To answer your question, I tried the latest 22036 and didn't like it.
  23. The rendering engine in 13.5 became slow. I mean , compared to my 102 fork. So to answer your prev. question, yes , sites still *somewhat* work , but not as fast as they used to be, the scrolling became slower on twitter, imdb works slow too. Github is very problematic ! I know you don't care about these sites. So ...
  24. I was under the impression you were some sort of a programmer, no ? Anyways , doesn't matter , 'cause of the reasons I said above.
  25. You're right. Don't update anything, not worth it, 'cause the engine is ancient anyways. And ,actually, I was talking to another user. Who's roytams1 , I don't even know, sorry. Again, thanks for the worries about my gym, I know you're trying to help.
