its simple to build a computer, just dont rush it. as for changing heatsinks, its extremely easy with today's motherboards. you don't even have to remove the motherboard from the case.
it all looks good, but what do you plan on using for cooling the cpu? just the stock heatsink? you should be alright since you do not plan on overclocking.
i would only get teh 8800gtx if you want run full AA and full AF on your monitor. otherwise get the 8800ts. i have never heard of your power supply, take a look at this http://www.pcutstyr.no/main.php3?PI=info&PNO=163744

school? oh yeah... i'm done now so ive began by getting rid of the tables for the menus and using CSS to format them. and what a pain! stupid IE with their madeup rules!
the psu is also the one that came with the case... some that come with cases are decent but alot of the are horrible when it comes to higher end parts.
I call it a laptop even though I never put it on my lap. Most people I know call them laptops. The computer companies often call them notebooks. I think they should be called portable computers, but who wants to say all that instead of just laptop? i call them laptops too. i'de have to agree the portable computer is the "technical" name also..
the forum was trying to load up its ban list, to compare ur ip with the banned ip's, and it looks like the code went over some max value. im not sure what the 50000 corresponds with, its prolly a memory size.
ya its really hard to start off with a s*** load of material and trying to make something of it. anyways, you still havnt described your project that much. it is extremely easy to connect your hardware table with the reviews table since you will have the hardware id can = the review product id
