Still contains bugs I talked above. It looks like most of the people visiting here don't have this feature turned on so that's why it becomes so unnoticeable.

Thanks, it did the job but this function works strangely. When I hit Windows key on the keyboard or just use mouse Start Screen opens but when I hit Windows key again in order to close the screen icons jump a little bit down, return into previous place and the screen stays turned on. Also, if I move my mouse pointer to the very bottom left Start Menu always opens instead of the screen. EDIT: in the latter scenario when taskbar is right-clicked Win + X menu opens in the top of the screen instead of the bottom. However, when taskbar is right-clicked in the place Start button is placed Win + X menu opens normally.

I know this but I'd like to open Start screen via mouse click as it's simpler.

Tihiy, could you add an option to open default Windows 10 Start menu via mouse click? I like modern Start menu but I'd use your program for taskbar texture.
  5. We've recently seen Tihiy bringing back customizable taskbar to Windows 10 with latest StartIsBack version. Does anyone know what tool can bring fully customizable context menus back too?
  6. This is already known. How to resize only minimize and restore buttons and keep close button bigger than the rest like in Windows 7?
  7. Wow, the final result is much better than I expected this program would be capable of! I definitely need to give a try, even though I like default Windows 10 Start Menu.
  8. Download Testing version of GUI application to modify Aero Glass parameters from http://www.glass8.eu/download.html and extract .EXE file to your Aero Glass installation directory, then run it.
  9. I just tried that link using firefox 42.0 and that link still worked for me I‘m using the same version, I haven‘t faced such problem in the past.
  10. Current download link in http://www.glass8.eu/win_future.html is broken. EDIT: I don‘r know why but problems only occurs in Firefox and Edge, I managed to download unbroken archive via Chrome.
  11. I‘ve already reported this problem long time ago but it seems that it‘s related to memory patching, though this was never confirmed by the author.
  12. There aren‘t many and the ones which are created are usually distributed with visual styles but can be easily be extracted. Here‘s the one which comes with Aero Glass app, it looks like it was extracted from Windows 7:
  13. Probably a lot of people is facing this, I believe that this is related to patching memory instead of replacing system files. I was also facing problems when I was using UxStyle which used memory patching in order to add ability to use custom visual styles.
  14. Flickering in fullscreen Start Menu looked very similar to the one in this screenshot.
  15. I‘ve tried using Start Screen in fullscreen with Aero Glass disabled and there was no flickering.
  16. If needed, I can take a photo or a video with my camera, you could see strange black rectangles appearing in various places. Talking about blur, it‘d be better if it‘d be enabled there like it‘s in non-fullscreen Start menu.
  17. I don‘t normally use Start in fullscreen but Saijin_Naib is right about Start Screen flickering when moving elements.
  18. Yeah, let‘s imagine how our desktops would look like if every free app would put a watermark in the right bottom corner of the screen... Of course, you are right, I cannot deny it. But as I know, no other free app does it, thus such situation never happens and that's the point Also, as Tripredacus said, when working on the computer, how often do you view the bottom right corner of the desktop? I don't see it most of the time (and I can even say that I have always this watermark displayed in my own build and it does not disturb me in any way). Thinking of this now, a dialog at user log on is actually more annoying than a watermark on desktop which is no longer seen so frequently as in Windows XP. Of course, having these two showing up every time you turn on your PC can be annoying but it‘s something that regular users can learn to deal with as this is better than 30 day trial or a demo version of Aero Glass. Well, anyway, I was talking from perfectionist side in my message above.
  19. Yeah, let‘s imagine how our desktops would look like if every free app would put a watermark in the right bottom corner of the screen...
  20. When I needed an updated DLL file but I had portable installation I extracted files from official installer and then put ModernFrame.dll to my portable installation directory.
  21. EDIT: Commenter above expressed opinion very similar to mine just a few seconds before me!
  22. Yeah, you kind of come to terms with the licence model over time but reactivation time is really too long, I haven‘t seen such in other programs I use.
  23. Wow, a lot of feedback! WOW, COLOR! I'm sorry, removing something then resurrecting 15% of it does not count as progress. -Noel This is what I thought too after reading latest build changelogs. It‘s a shame that they‘re counting readded features as progress, even though they listen to user feedback, they interpret it how they want so the end result isn‘t what was truly wanted.
  24. The way I understand this is that a lot of people are using Windows 10 free-of-charge by participating in Insider program. In order to have working licence, they must use experimental OS versions but as they‘re just regular users they want their favourite programs to be compatible with their OS.
  25. There are only a few of us that are constantly following this topic. Everyone else comes back only when they need to find a tip for something or a solution to a problem. It‘s obvious that they aren‘t go to read a bunch of pages but before downloading the program or choosing to donate they could and shall read what‘s told on your website.
