Well, for those preferring XP way 3.8.10 added option to disable any task grouping. Toolbars were not improved ever since 1998 and won't like secondary taskbars.

Well, that's not enough. Chrome works for me well. Auto-hide doesn't work in fullscreen and works on maximized as expected.

It will not work if you're in fullscreen. If you're not in fullscreen and it's not reproducible with standard taskbar, state what app it is.

It's there. You need to disable multi-monitor taskbar though. Which flyouts are not multimon aware? It's there. You need to unlock taskbar though. Those challenges are intentional since 3.8. Fat chance.

It's math. As height is measured in icon count, not pixels. Don't blame me, ask MS. Maybe vivetool can disable that.
