  1. OK, So I've been attempting to install windows98 SE on my Ryzen 5 2400g system using @rloew's patches, it's been going well so far. I've made it up to the windows98 desktop, but i now have an issue with my mouse. It jumps to the corners of my screen way too quickly and it's unusable. Earlier during the install, I could use the setup /il switch to fix this problem - /il - Load the Logitech mouse driver. Use this option if you have a Logitech Series C mouse. is there a way to tell windows98 to use the Logitech mouse driver all the time? or another solution?
  2. I'm curious to know how to make the CAB files for win9x properly, since cabpack doesn't seem to do it right for win9x (although cabpack works fine for winXP)
  3. is there any way possible to use you own customized CAB files for win9x installation? if so how?
  4. So if you connect an 8tb drive via USB in XP it will work?

  21. Would anyone want to use Unraid with hardware pass-through to run Windows 98? Or is the objective in this case to have windows 98 running native without any virtualization at all?

  23. I've been trying to use an old version of Kernelex that dibya gave me to patch ntoskrnl and ksecdd with the necessary functions needed for Intel USB 3.0 driver to work. I used visual studio 6.0 to compile this old kernelex It applies a patch, but some of the functions, like EtwRegister, don't get applied correctly and I'm not 100% sure how to fix. https://ufile.io/tna8m Any ideas?
  24. It's more complex than that apparently
