  1. Cacheman is not similar to Freeram. Tweakall can do both. Go to FileSystemProperties->Hard Disk and set role to Network server (or Cacheman/Tweakall Settings for me). I used a ram auto-free app to successfully prevent Netscape 3.76 from locking up way back when.
  2. Okay, thanks. I've never been able to get 1366x768 to work on any 9x version on real hardware. A VM seems to be my best chance.
  3. Yes. TCPO will tell you the RWIN if it is set in the registry. If not set, it defaults to about 8K. The Optimize button will calculate a good value and set it for you. Go through all the tabs and run the various tests to determine what numbers to use.
  4. What host OS and video hardware are required for 1366x768?
  5. I'm lost. Are you running Win95 in a VM, or just using some tools to provide a monitor driver so a native installation can use the whole (TV) screen for the desktop?
  6. To combat variable cellular network delays, I also used a receive window of about 256K.
  7. My T-Mobile hotspot has an MTU of 1440. I changed my machines to match. No danger, they can always be changed again.
  8. I recall this effect being easy to create in SeaMonkey; just right-click on the toolbar to customize it, then drag things around and insert separators and spacers. Is toolbar customization not possible in 360?
  9. No, not bookmarks. Full webpages using frames to simulate tabs. I've done something similar in the past. I'll try to mock up a demo tomorrow. The idea is to save resources by virtualizing multiple tabs into one physical tab.
  10. Are there still any extensions or websites that enable viewing multiple subsites in one tab by using frames? Before tabbed browsing became standard there used to be.
  11. Beware double-counting memory usage of shared modules.
  12. Odd shlwapi is delay-loading apphelp.
  13. ImportPatcher only redirects DLL and API references by patching text in the import tables. Other tools such as fwd are needed to add code.
  14. What does using fcwin2k do that should be added to ImportPatcher--checksum correction? Note: Target NT4 should be selected. This might be all that is needed.
  15. Thanks. Didn't recognize it. Too many important-sounding APIs missing. Chance of even partial success next to nil. Locate missing DLLs and add replacement api names. Then Patch.
  16. On the target system, put ImportPatcher.exe in the same folder as the program to be patched. Drop the main executable onto ImportPatcher. Analyze. What are the results?
  17. Browser dependent. If you see a link to a .png on i.postimg.cc, click there.
  18. Discussion closed. This topic thread is not for end-user queries of any kind. Or for anyone who can't be bothered to read what has already been discussed.
  19. > I don't know how to proceed. These updates are not for end users. More than enough information has already been written for qualified developers to utilize these files. If you have to ask, you aren't qualified. Please delete the updates from your system.
  20. What's the difference?
  21. Nonexistent domain error for link. Yes, Windows stomps on memory. That shouldn't be a surprise. You need to detect the Windows VM and get the info from the ACPI driver. Why does this matter?
