  1. Is OemPreinstall=yes in winnt.sif? Make sure you don't have duplicate lines of OemPreinstall with both yes and no as well.
  2. Moved to Unattended Windows forum
  3. And also: REG ADD %KEY%\001 /V 1 /D "start /wait %CDROM%\Software\Office2003\Office\setup.exe TRANSFORMS=$CDROM$\Software\Office2003\OFFICE\Unattended.MST" /qb- /f The " should be after the /qb-
  4. Ok thanks. Don't use that line for the time being.
  5. Could you recheck line 77 with word wrap disabled? I'm certain its the AllowedSites line.
  6. Disable virtual cd applications such as Daemon Tools or Alcohol 120%, its locking atapi.sys during your SP2 installation.
  7. ref.chm is linked here: http://unattended.msfn.org/xp/sp2changes.htm Although I got that at the time there was RC2 afaik
  8. Anyone tested it yet? It happens on SP2 RTM as well
  9. http://www.msfn.org/articles.php?action=show&showarticle=49
  10. The repacked MS Java VM 3810 works for SP2 if you're wondering
  11. Could be something like this: Autorun.inf: [AutoRun] open=sp2.cmd sp2.cmd: WindowsXP-KB835935-SP2-ENU.exe /passive /norestart Use /? with WindowsXP-KB835935-SP2-ENU.exe to find further switches if you want to change it. All of autorun.inf, sp2.cmd and the service pack should be in the same location for the above to work.
  12. can someone cab this and whatnot into a .dl_ that windows wont yell at me about when i try to install it? or tell me how to give it the proper signature so i can do it myself? http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=23589&st=0
  13. Its a good motherboard I have the MaxII version, the only difference in Max3 is the cooling system you can see at the edge of the motherboard

  17. Don't misunderstand, the 90-100mb is the amount when downloading via WindowsUpdate, so it only gets the files it needs. The network install is 266MB
  18. Yup its official: http://www.msfn.org/comments.php?shownews=9212
  19. Anyone who's managed to get the so called "xpsp2_RTM_ENU.exe" and claiming it to be the final RTM, I wouldn't bother. I've just checked it and its not digitally signed.
  20. No, it will be announced on MSFN's main news when it does.
  21. You shouldn't be using the order form yet, its only there as a test so it won't work as expected most of the time. When its linked from the official XP SP2 homepage - then its OK to order
