No way can you run all that on a 230watt!!! You should be looking at 450 as a bare minimum these days...trust me look on google for a wattage calculator,, theres a few out there

Um did I miss something? did digitalaz update the tweaks after me? and where are they now?

Apply the tweak from cmdlinest.txt for quicklaunch to work correctly. As for the Ie thing ,did you use nlite?
