Just make a 32 bit bmp (24-bit + 8 bit alpha channel) using Photoshop or similar, or take your favorite png and save it to bmp 32-bit. I havent tested that, but I pressume it will work.

I have almost finished XPize 3 (codenamed: Best viewed with Royale) I'm just finishing the AVIs...I'm having transparency problems with "classic" style, but it will be fixed. Also I have to design some wallpapers and fix some minor bugs. I will try to include some extras if I can: TaskswitchXP, a WinRAR mod (finished), Royale Logon, Adobe Gamma (finished), a Royale VS mod... After all that, I have to give all the files to flyakite, so he can start working on the installer. And the more important thing...I have to finish all my university exams (end of february) So...the release will take a month or so. EDIT: Metal and Gothik! I think we should talk XPero

It's weird...So you type "regedit" in the Run box and regedit doesn't appear? The instructions seem to be correct...they must work. Anyway try this: - Run "System Restore" (you can find it in Start-->all programs-->accesories-->system tools) - Scan your computer with a antivirus software If this doesn't fix your problem..sorry, no more possible solutions for me Hope it helps
