  1. I think everything is clear. The thing that I ask myself is if people read instructions BEFORE doing anything. A change in the name of the files would be good also, but not needed IMHO. XPero
  2. there are two possibilities: 1) the captures are fake. So the only thing you need is modify the captures with an image editing app. 2) If it is real, you have to do some reshacking...thats all
  3. That is very easy to do...

  5. Well I dont know exactly if the're worth having, but I suppose they are. I've also read that many of them are useless (or dangerous), but I've find 3 which are the ones I use. CCleaner and Regseeker (not exactly registry optimizers, but they have these functions). After cleaning the registry, I defragment it with NTREGOPT. Google them if you want more info. Bye XPero

  8. I voted for Windows 95. I prefer Windows ME over 98. It is almost the same (s***), but ME ¿booted? faster and I wanted to use Windows Movie Maker for some home-made humorous videos . Although Windows 95 was "more stable" than 98/ME, those "command.com", "win.ini", etc.. issues and "folder navigation" were frustating.

  16. After testing all defragmenters appeared in this forum thread, my option in Perfectdisk. It is easy to use, looks nice, fast and powerful. By the way, version 7 is out! gonna try it now!
  17. 1.) You disabled WFP via the registry key? I state very clearly that WFP remains enabled by default with my pack. The hacked DLL just gives the user the option of changing it via the registry if they so desire. 2.) I've tested the included uxtheme.dll myself and confirmed it works. Want to send the theme you're trying to use so I can test it on my end? 3.) You realize that nLite can integrate my pack directly, right? You can add the CAB like any other hotfix to be integrated (as my directions state). 1) I disabled WFP via the registry key. Your sfc_os works, but I see the WFP dialog for a few seconds, and then disappears. The other way it doesn't appears, and that's what I want. 2) I've tried with a modified Luna, modified Royale and official Royale. None of them worked. Sending you the files next weekend. 3) I know this perfectly. That's why I said that "I have problems with automatic installation". I know the situation is weird, but it's like that. I've tried twice. Gonna check again. Hope the info helps. Great work by the way Ryan. Thanks
  18. I have problems with automatic installation. Modified uxtheme and sfc_os don't do their job. So I had to install the pack manually (without these 2 files) and select tweak uxtheme and tweak file protection in nlite. Using 1.03 Full. Thanks.

  21. I think it isn't the correct link...
  22. @Bâshrat the Sneaky: Where can I find them? version 1.0.3? thanks!
  23. @RyanVM: First of all, congratulations! very good work! Secondly, one question: will be this pack available for other languages? It would be great, so I will not have many problems updating my XPize bye EDIT: right now I need Spanish, German, and Dutch (no Dutch Xpize officially released, but coming soon)
  24. I'm not sure but, what if you rename your favorite font to "tahoma", replace the original one and burn an ISO? Test it in MS Virtual PC if it works. I repeat, I'm not sure of what i'm saying
  25. Thank you!
