Considering it is an .msi file, all the normal switches should apply.

Create Frank under nLite, assign a password and create an autologon (one-time) for Frank. As for Administrator, just add a password so you don't get asked to do it during Windows setup. This way, the first log-in will be an autologon with Frank. Cheers

To make K-Lite Pack silent, you need to run it from Command Prompt with a -makeunattended switch. It's all documented.

Yep. Instead of burning, make an ISO, export (copy) it to your physical machine through Shared Folders and burn it on your PC.
