well the truth is that i dont listen to what other people says.i like to test things my own and see if i like them and about vista..im currently using it at this moment im posting and im really satisfied. why u people think that cause it needs high cost hardware its a worthless os? have u guys tried installing it on a pc with 512mb ram(xp needs the same!) and geforce 5200 or 2.4 Ghz cpu? i did and let me tell u IT WORKS FINE! its just that if u have more money then u have more fun and i dont see anything wrong with that as long as it runs on lower hardwares too(like it does now). and vista is not only about gui and who says vista ultimate price is high? when u no more need to buy third party softwares like firewall or norton ghost or even firefox(what does it have that ie7 doesnt?).acdsee pfff please why not MS photo gallery? wanna make a dvd? why buy a third party? wanna see whats goin on on your windows? use sysinternals tools.(u can find them on microsoft.com) onlu thing remains is a good AV like kaspersky. and BTW i love vista gui.why not enjoy my time behind the monitor with the cool gui?

latest KAPERSKY beta internet security is vista compatible and im using it on vista and had no problem note: the KIS firewall template rules are missin(bug) and as for the firewall jetico version 2 beta is vista compatible too.

i installed vista and installed my adsl modem and configured my modem and all steps just like i did in my xp. my adsl modem software shows that modem is responding and working properly and sending/recieving packets but in my network center it says that my network is unidentified and connection to internet is disabled or something.simply i cant connect anywhere on web. i disabled my lan connection so theres only one connection(adsl) is enable and running. any idea whats the cause?

is there any recovery tool for flashusb drives or SD cards?

ok i downloaded some templates from this site http://www.interspire.com/templates/ but they come with a html file and a psd file of the elements in the html and a folder and those elements are saved as gif files. the only way that i edit logo and some elements (pictures except notes) is to open the psd file in photoshop but when i edit the psd file the html still is the same. can anyone help me out here pls? how can i edit the logo or pictures in the htm files?

yeah PUNTO that makes sence and i agree with you.but thats true in the world that you guys live in. its my friend that wanna do this not me and i dont agree with what hes about to do but he asked this question and i said i help him find the answer. but if you really wanna know how its gonna be im gonna tell you. theres this company in china that will makes a graphic boards for you.what my friend is about to do is to buy graphic cards chipsets like nvidia 7600 and then give them to this company to make the boards.god knows what will be the name of that board.thats why that they have to test them cause its a very good chance that there be a 50% not working products. before you say anything i know this is horrible and i dont like it neither. anyway i think noones knows any product that will help so i guess this topic is closed.

ok maybe u guys didnt understand me well enough.im not talking about importing 20-50 modems and Graphic cards.im talking about 1000-1500 maybe more devices.i cant test them with 3dmark or softwares.i need a hardware like a big board that test 10+ modems or graphic cards at same time. MODEM TESTER didn't come to mind? yeah that came in mind but u really think that would help me?

ok here is the deal,one of my friends is goin to another country to import some graphic cards and modems to here.he wants to test them before he send them here. any device that can test graphic cards and/or modems? forexample a device with 10 slot for meems so it test them all and says if they are healthy and functional.

ok i installed video studio 10 plu one hour ago .seems like a good program but one major problem i have with it,its too slow.and my cpu usage to 100% most of times.its too slow i cant do anythin with it.i even disabled my AV but no diffrence. my specs are amdathlon 64 3.2 and 2gb RAM.

i used to have powerdirector but it doesnt support all formats and sometimes crash's.any other editing tool that supports most known formats?

lol thats the problem.even i disabled the web scan feature still traffics go through kav.and if i disable the ports i lose connectivity.

ok when i uncheck the ports in network settings in kaspersky antivirus 6 settings then none of my network application works.but i dont want my traffic to go through kav. anyway i can do that?
