OK i found a solution for those who have the same problem. just right click on autorun file on dvd and choose run in win2000 compatibility.then run the autorun. ok i go play now XD

when i try to install nfs carbon it says that i need directx 0 or higher and i have installed the directx that is supplied with game itself but no diffrence.and i even updated my graphic driver(nvidia) to latest driver(93.71).any idea what the problem is?

ah man what a nice set of icons can i know what software and what iconpackage did u use? and how u got the names on right of icons?

ok first WELCOME to MSFN . i dont get your question well but: -if you wanna make a bootable cd/dvd that have xp and some software for installation you can get a free autorun maker software. -if you wanna make a windows xp cd and includes those softwares so when u install windows those get installed during windows installation too you need to go here http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showforum=89 hope it helped

yeah actualy i downloaded it last night but not what i wanted.it only map your lan and neighbour networks,ip address ranges. cheops maps the way to the ip you give to it.and it use nmap commands and techniques and u have to have nmap installed on your machine so thqat cheops can work.

(sorry to bring this topic back) is it possible that ethereal wont be able to capture a packet(especified kinda packet)? i remember that packet capturing tolls like ethereal that works with winpcap have a weak point that they cant capture some special packets.is that right? if yes is there any capturing program that doesnt have this flaw? ---is there anyway i can install microsoft networkmonitor that comes with windows server on my xp?

what do you guys mean by mpc+ffdshow? whats ffdshow? i use mpc and vlc.i hate vlc because of slide moving problem but sometimes it plays files that mpc cant. and for music and mp3 JETAUDIO was always a friend

well i tried startin them manualy at first place but some services like dhcp client didnt even have start botoom anymore :-&.well because of the error that one of my program gave me that winsock startup failed i tried searchin google for reinstalling/repairing winsock unhopefuly.well i did it and restarted and everything was ok like all times
