Actually, emoticons were never sorted by most used. Through the forum software, you simply select which emotes you want clickable and they will gererate. Unfortunately there is no control over how they appear in the emoticon list. The programmers of the forum software changed how the emoticons are handled with this new version of the software.

Your "Norton Killer package" is simply a collection of the three files that are now outdated and have been for several months. Those were SYMMSICLEANUP.reg (Symantec Microsoft Installer Cleanup.reg) and MSIFIX.bat (Microsoft Installer Fix). These used to be found on SymNRT's page, but are no longer there as they are outdated and SymNRT handles everything properly.

Unfortunately that is incorrect. There is now only one application (the current SymNRT.exe) that handles removing Norton and Symantec products. You no longer need the other two files that they published at one time.

I've had several WD's just die on me or have bad sectors out of the box. Never had a single issue with any Seagate HDD's ever.

More than likely it's broken due to Norton. It was extremely common to see at my place of work. Just run SymNRT and you'll be surprised how many issues you have with your computer get resolved.
