  1. There is no noticeable increase in startup time with 22.03.05 on my machine, it seems perfectly normal as it was before Panda was installed, so I can only assume that it just doesn't run well on your particular hardware.

  2. Today, I have uninstalled Panda Free Antivirus 21.01.00 and installed Panda once again but via their online installer. The version installed by their online installer is 22.03.05. The online installer downloads the legacy installer FREEAV_LGC.exe (117MB) and not the common FREEAV.exe (161MB) under Windows XP. Unfortunately, the version 22.03.05 needs much longer for starting when booting Windows XP. It is round about 5 to 6 minutes on my old machine. The culprit is the process PSANHost.exe which places very high demands on the CPU, up to 99%. The previously installed version 21.01.00 only needed 2 minutes. I'll keep the currently installed version a while just for testing purpose but I think I'll go then back to version 21.01.00. The next days, I'll use to see how this version behaves in my system doing all the things I usually do.

  3. It could be, that the issue has arisen because I updated to the module curl_cffi 0.14.0. What happens when you add the `--force-ipv4` flag to your yt-dlp command?

  4. What is the output of : nslookup -querytype=TYPE65 www.youtube.com (this checks if your local resolver/OS handles Type 65 queries correctly outside of yt-dlp) And what is the output of a --verbose log?

  5. If it does NOT launch, then clench your fists, pound one sternly but in full control of anger level on desktop but make sure you miss keyboard and mouse, grab something in the other hand and controllably throw something without breaking it or anything it hits, raise your voice level approx 15 decibels (whereas 30 decibels is the increase of a raging uncontrolled shout), and shout out this phrase, "Curse You, Malwarebytes, You Did This!"

  6. Opening website http://o.rthost.win over an unsecured HTTP connection was also interrupted after the first 16 KB. I tested in the r3dfox browser under Windows 10 (x64).

  7. Or generally on old machines with a single-core processor. After restarting my computer, it additionally installs or updates some modules like, for example, NNSNAHS (Network Activity Hook Server Service) which makes starting much worse. Now, I get a popup that no firewall is installed for a short time, and Panda gets deactivated. A further one minute later, it finally activates itself. So the start was extended by at least another minute. Not good.

  8. I'm not seeing it imported either. Not sure if this is even possible, but do you have an extension or plugin generating imports that Firefox itself is not importing? Again, not even sure if this is possible (but I know it can be done in Edge [corporate environment]).

  9. you may need to collapse whole tree and expand one by one to see who uses unsupported kernel32/advapi32 APIs. BTW here neither firefox.exe nor xul.dll import CreateThreadpoolWork and its friends here with firefox52.9esr.

  10. ps - If you download the .crx, all you have to do is modify the manifest.json *before* installing into Supermium and you can make the colors ANYTHING YOU WANT THEM TO BE. You don't have to "find" a theme that you like, you control your own destiny and CREATE the theme using the downloaded .crx as a "template". It can be easier if you find a "close enough" theme to what you WANT and then just modify to get it to EXACTLY what you want. That's what I've been doing ever since migrating from XP+360Chrome (where I embedded my own skin/theme) to 10+Chrome. For me, I really "hate" for Chrome to not LOOK LIKE everything else in XP. And that extends to 10 where "active" and "inactive" Chrome windows don't by default LOOK LIKE everything else in 10. This is a good source for all of the available "notations" that can be used - https://github.com/mike-u/EditChromeThemes

  11. upstream made their new release today, and 32bit build may have same issue I got in my last build. still need some more time on testing their builds. EDIT: issues we got happens in upstream as well. EDIT2: it seems that there is another individual is testing our cases and reporting them to upstream.

  12. First of all, thanks for uploading the files! I was surprised to learn that there is supposed to be a .NET Framework version 4.0.30320 for Windows XP. I couldn't find anything about it in any official source. In any case, your installer "Microsoft .NET 4.0.30320 Full" is the same one I have, and it has the number 4.0.30319.1. Presumably, at least for Windows XP, there is no version 4.0.30320. You can find out your current version installed with the following command: reg query "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\NET Framework Setup\NDP\v4\Full" /v Version The MS Visual C++ 2010 SP1 (10.0.40219.473) installer is indeed the last one you can still get from Microsoft or from abbodi1406. I will try later. In any case, thanks again!

  14. My .NET Framework 4 is version 4.0.30319. Where does yours come from? Do you have a link or the installation file?

  15. Do you really mean KB2890375 and not KB2890573? The latter is already in my archive and can still be downloaded. It is of version 10.0.40219.457.

The excellent "MS Visual C++ Runtime Packs 2005-2015 (Kurt_Aust, RyanVM)", however, contains vcredist2015_x86.exe v14.0.24215.1 which installs OK on my Inspiron 7500 with SSE-only. OpenSSL v3.6.0 (32bit, Light, 8Oct2025), in turn, installs OK under WinXP on my SSE-only Pentium III laptop after having installed vcredist2015_x86.exe v14.0.24215.1 from Kurt Aust. "MS Visual C++ Runtime Packs 2005-2015 (Kurt_Aust, RyanVM)" can be downloaded from https://www.mediafire.com/file/03xebkxhpvlpep8/Visual_C_redist_32-bit_05_08_10_12_13_15.7z/file BIG QUESTION: Is there any benefit for a non-programmer to install OpenSSL under WinXP?

  19. Yes , you're right . I just thought it was necesary to tag a supervisor so he could intervene and keep this topic clean , also add a function where one could be able to block members . Besides , I've already asked a user (not pointing fingers at anyone) to stop disturbing win32 and me with longish texts containing the same questions over again . Please tell , is there a "block user" function over here ? I can see only "ignore" , but that isn't helping.

  20. I wanna back with @dencorso . I can go a long way describing the ugliest things that 21st century has brought. But I guess that makes no sense, since you most likely don't remember the 20th. I totally agree with him about "oversensitive generation" , I have a girlfriend , almost 20 years yonger than me , and she is so oversensitive , oh boy . Literally about everything that previous generations wouldn't even notice . But you're right , we should keep this topic clean , so I'll refrain from it . I'm just saying that your "solution" is not working in my case (but @dencorso is right again , you shouldn't delete , it could be somewhat useful to others), and the instructions that were given by our guru @win32 (local , no updates after April 2017 , etc ) are 100% bullet proof. By the way , how things are going under this "virus" "lockdown" in your favourite 21st century ? (rhetorical question) "lockdown" is a prison term , but that seems to be ok with most of young people/millenials ?! (rhetorical too) Rhetorical means you don't have to write an answer , so I'm not waiting for one . I really hope you'll keep in balance after reading this, please don't get nervous.
