"...technically speaking you can install Windows and use for free. But legally when you install Windows you agree to Microsoft's terms and conditions and they state you must activate your copy of Windows, and that requires a license which must be purchased. So legally there is no free copy of Windows." https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/are-there-any-versions-of-windows-10-which-is-free/ef57a652-a05a-47cd-8245-7c3a545a25b72 points

At the moment, I have reverted to the last officially compatible version 1.46. But I will test the 1.56 version again. Thanks for the hint! @feodor2 I moved to the most recent, final version of uBlock Origin which is 1.62 at the moment. The logger works fine in multi-process mode but in single-process mode, the logger popup window is very unstable. Some extensions, scripts and whatever else interfere considerably with the loading and display of the logger popup. It often remains empty. Resizing the logger window helps in some cases. I investigated this further and found that changing the advanced setting loggerPopupType from popup to normal may be a solution. In this case, the logger is opened in a normal window in which it loads fine as far as I could see until now. At least, on my computer with its current configuration. I'll keep an eye on that. P.S.: @feodor2 Now, I have realised what you meant by using the context menu. I have never opened the logger interface via its icon context menu before. Indeed, this also works in both process modes to properly open the logger in a tab or window. However, changing the advanced setting loggerPopupType from popup to normal is of interest for those who prefer only one normal left-click on the logger icon as usual.2 points

Why? So you would continue to use it for free, without the need to buy a new OS?2 points

They say there's a spoiler function added to the site about 20 years ago.2 points

Finally someone who thinks it's as cool as I do. BTW, when using the VORAPIS script, you should take care not to break the script with filters or filter lists. For example, the "GoodbyeAds-YouTube-AdBlock-Filter" filter list makes the script unusable.2 points

In New Moon 28, this issue is shown in the Web Console as: TypeError: 'referrerPolicy' member of RequestInit 'strict-origin-when-cross-origin' is not a valid value for enumeration ReferrerPolicy. Vorapis.user.js:54:115522 In the row 54 and column 115522 of the VORAPIS script (it's the space between return and fetch), one can find the problem. The fetch command can't be executed successfully due to a problem with the ReferrerPolicy. function(e){return fetch("https://suggestqueries-clients6.youtube.com/complete/search?client=youtube&hl=en&gl=ro&sugexp=uqap13nhwmi22%2Cytpo.bo.me%3D1%2Cytposo.bo.me%3D1%2Cytpo.bo.ro.mi%3D24463643%2Cytposo.bo.ro.mi%3D24463643%2Ccfro%3D1%2Cytpo.bo.me%3D0%2Cytposo.bo.me%3D0%2Cytpo.bo.ro.mi%3D24452979%2Cytposo.bo.ro.mi%3D24452979&gs_rn=64&gs_ri=youtube&ds=yt&cp=7&gs_id=r&q="+encodeURIComponent(e)+"&callback=google.sbox.p50", No clue about that. Maybe, @roytam1 knows more as it seems to be an issue related to UXP browsers only. This issue does not occur, for example, in Mypal 68. Furthermore, this issue cannot be caused by the script manager Greasemonkey, because I have installed the VORAPIS extension in Serpent 52, and it also occurs there. And here is a screenshot of this issue taken from the most recent version of New Moon 28 when running the VORAPIS script in the version 0.8.10.26:2 points

He hasn't posted here since last summer, although he is still a member. You could try sending a PM, but it would be much better to ask about your issue on the Supermium GitHub pages.1 point

This thread is not the place for support. You still have 3.6.16 installed, try uninstalling/installing for user/uninstalling1 point

Okey this is not CatsXP, not a chrome at all. What do you mean "fully working", as I know mozilla has push to the firefox the very same cromish "sandbox" (flash and drm for xp) I already told that consider it useless. From the beginning I did only 32bit versions and not bothered with its "sandbox", but if you want I may enable it for х64 and shall see, no point in saving resources there.1 point

It depends if there is a wimlib_WIMHOST_error.log than 47 is one of the wimlib error codes else it would be a System Error Codes.1 point

what the hell does russia has to do with this ?1 point

You can always dump Windows in favour of a Russian OS, oh wait a minute, no such thing exists.1 point

After some experimentation I have concluded that this problem is caused by data corruption at one of the stages before Windows is installed in a virtual machine. Repeating all these stages for my addon resolved the problem. Here are the stages that need to be repeated: copy contents of INF and INI files in addon/update pack to Notepad and save them from there Build new 7z or CAB archive Copy Windows source from from ISO Use Poweriso or similar to build the ISO rather than the built in ISO maker in the integrator.1 point

Seeing how Supermium follows all modern trends, I'd rather assume it will be similar to the standard version 132, as we saw before. Take all those "experiments" features, for example. And I too want the classic design they dumped in favour of the new.1 point

It'd be much more productive to write on github. The creator doesn't visit us anymore, he won't see your wishes.1 point

I don't agree with this statement, I personally integrated those, all worked fine. It's not "stupid".1 point

Yes, they have such an extension. I downloaded it from the (also crappy) Discord, which was rather a torture , and installed it in New Moon 28. It works in the same way the script already does but the search box issue of course still exists.1 point

FreeTube is only available for Windows 10 and later which are of course not older NT-Family OSes. Still an interesting project. But unfortunately not for me as a die-hard Windows XP fan. BTW, I have reported the search box issue of VORAPIS V3 in UXP browsers to their issues on GitHub here: https://github.com/vorapis-yt/v3/issues/151 point
-
Yep! But they are not identical, they are based on these browsers. Strange. On my system, the Project VORAPIS frontend works very well in the UXP browsers except for the completion of the search suggestions. I have even installed the extension in the version 0.8.10.26 in Serpent 52 instead of the userscript.1 point

And what about New Moon 28? This thread is actually not about Pale Moon. As far as I can see until now, the new Project VORAPIS 0.8.10.26 script seems to work as it should in New Moon 28 and Serpent 52 (and off-topic in Mypal 68) on my Windows XP computer. And BTW, the search box is also working but only shows suggestions in Mypal 68 while typing. So, this is indeed an issue related to UXP browsers which has not been fixed yet.1 point
