  1. What part of me says "I play Roblox"?

  3. In this case, you may try local dll redirection (like making a folder named virtualbox.exe.local in the virtualbox folder) and copy all MS versions of the files I have modified into it. Though it seems to be ignoring it and checking the files in system32. It is modified for the purpose of the extended kernel, but what about people who do standard uxtheme patching to allow unsigned visual styles? Perhaps Oracle should focus on legitimate improvements to their software than trying to attack OS enhancement projects. Well, OK, there are cases where files may have been tampered for malicious purposes but VirtualBox is not security software and should not pretend to be.

  4. VirtualBox checks if loaded system files have been tampered with. Your uxtheme.dll doesn't pass the check. 1490.d9c: supR3HardenedScreenImage/LdrLoadDll: rc=Unknown Status -22900 (0xffffa68c) fImage=1 fProtect=0x0 fAccess=0x0 \Device\HarddiskVolume3\Windows\System32\uxtheme.dll: Not signed. '\Device\HarddiskVolume3\Windows\System32\uxtheme.dll' is most likely modified.

  5. Because until @win32 will implement changes to 32bit kernel32 there is no way how to play roblox. Maybe virtualization? or dualboot? just don’t use Windows 10

  6. I was reading a few posts on this forum and found so much interesting information that i registered an account. Last month, i've installed Win XP once again and am looking for resources to improve my system (which is a netbook released in 2008). So i guess i came to the right place.

  9. Crashing sites with NM 2020-10-31: In the K-Meleon-Forum a user reported simply changing the useragent fixes the crashes on youtube and facebook: http://kmeleonbrowser.org/forum/read.php?19,153118,153677#msg-153677 (KG76 = engine = NM27) Which makes me wonder if perhaps they boycott certain old systems again...? Unrelated, just in general, wonder if toggling this pref may change anything, perhaps at least no crashes? There were reports in the past it sometimes fixes empty pages (who didn't seem to notice their script didn't fully work since console produced no error, or something like that) javascript.options.strict = true

  10. Thank you so much, SkyySX! I had the key, just didn't know what to do with it; once I copied it into the AeroGlass folder (which took all of 30secs) and rebooted (which, took longer than coping and pasting in the file) I no longer have the watermark! Also, thank you for your quick and succinct response and not making me feel incompetent. It's beautiful, I just love it; thank you BigMuscle for sharing your creative hard work.

  13. Netbook is Acer Aspire One ZG5, beefed up with 1.5Gb RAM, ZTC Cyclone 64Gb SSD (ZIF PATA), Ralink 802.11n Wifi card, 256Gb SD card for added storage, 128Gb micro SD card for swap/downloads/browser cache, 9 cells battery (up to 10h autonomy wifi turned off). I've applied new thermal paste, canibalized speakers from a bigger laptop so now the netbook has good sound. It's really fast running XP, the thermal paste and SSD made a big performance improvement. Integrated graphics is Intel GMA 945 but i've installed "Trixarian Chell 1.7b" moded drivers for a welcome performance boost. Lots of games runs just fine : Wizardry 8, Freelancer, Sim City 3000, Homeworld, Dungeon Siege, etc... SNES, PC Engine and Genesis emulation too... I've yet to try PS1.

  14. Oh, a dude from Northern Ireland? Hey, I'm from England (southeast) with ROI heritage... your website is interesting, to say the least lmfao. For a future page put the intro of this song on it on loop: m6-MBmTBfKg (best song ever xdd)

  15. Yeah, this is a good resource. Mind telling me your netbook model (most of those had the exact same specs, so no need to say them)? I wonder if we owned the same one back then, honestly nowadays they genuinely make pretty decent XP machines given their support for SSE2, even if their graphics support is beyond lacking to say the least lol (Graphics Media Decelerator heh)

  17. Nah, WindowBlinds is just too buggy to my taste. You can tell that WB is just a software running on top of your Windows 10. Unlike Glass8 which feels native part of the O.S.

  20. A solution that did not require extended kernel was posted more than a year ago, but it wouldn’t be surprising if it no longer works: https://msfn.org/board/topic/179888-roblox-is-ending-support-for-windows-vistaxp/?do=findComment&comment=1169828 Perhaps @asdf2345 might take an interest in your question.
