  1. Well... we may have a problem: I cannot find any report after Sep 10! So it seems the report system is malfunctioning. I'll ask xper to give it a look. Meanwhile you can keep posting or PMing if needed. I'll sure keep y'all posted on how it develops.

  2. Extended v 3.0e was released yesterday. There are some bug fix. * installer is fixed on any rapid storage fails to patch options. * SHFSet.exe manages more resource for localize. * XP version Device Manager problem fixed. > How do i upgrade from 3.0c to 3.0d? Do i have to uninstall it first then reinstall it? I recommended to uninstall and you can overwrite it. But if you have installed same version overwrite before , don't uninstall it and you should overwrite it.

  3. What was said by JFX and wimb was that wimlib was faster (or better or both) for capture and that wimgapi was faster (or better or both) for apply. A single test comparing wimlib against wimgapi for apply and showing that wimlib is slower (some 10%) doesn't seemingly change anything in what was stated earlier. jaclaz

  4. My friends, you should report those posts (there is a "report" at the extreme right on the upper blue bar on each post), not post about them. By reporting you ensure any online mod'll deal with that faster than just when I happen to return here (which is often, but maybe not often enough) and help us zero exactly on which post the spammer is ... In any case, it's done.

  5. Here spammers get banned and reported to anti-spam services. And get all posts removed, too. Done!

  6. I just tested this on NM28/UXP and it still does! Test site to verify: http://browserspy.dk/browser.php (Please note this pref doesn't modify the reported Windows NT version contained in the User Agent String (navigator.userAgent), so a website checking both strings via JS may get conflicting results: )

  7. To fake the OS which gets reported by javascript, hope this pref still works: general.oscpu.override = Windows NT 6.3

  8. Yes. Second instruction doesn't apply to "stock" SM, but if you replace SM's av .dll's with @roytam1's modded ones, it probably does. So to be safe, I set both media.wmf.enabled and media.ffvpx.enabled to false for testing. With those settings, it appears SM works the same on Win 7 as on XP. Despite appearances, Primetime does work, but for whatever reason, it just won't appear in the list of plug-ins!

  9. Specifically, the DevEd Theme GUI breakages are due to: [Basilisk] Remove Dev Edition theme. Like you, I also happen to like the Dev Edition Theme over the default Australis one The man has no imagination. At least the F12 key still works.... And the DevEd Theme isn't limited to developers! I'd think lots of folks are like us and prefer it even for day-to-day use. Edit: I guess it does fit with his philosophy though: make the browser itself as minimal as possible and move everything else to add-ons. Except, by that logic MCP should have put the removed theme at addons.basilisk-browser.org. Needless to say, they didn't. Would you please? It's just a theme, for crying out loud....
