I was just wondering what has happened to all the download links for the file. The original download links are down and the mdgx mirrors are also down. The newest version I can find online is on the download.cnet.com website which is hosting the August 2006 version.

There's this one, which offers December 2007 version:

That December 2007 version is the last full version.
There was a subsequent update in December 2008, which was the final version.
You need the full version installed first in order to be able to use it.
Here it is for anyone who wants it.

Hi there. Well, never heard/seen such a thing for Turkish Win98SE.

Obviously, that'd be a very heavy duty with lots of local customizations.
