I have editted the first post to include additional info, as well as deleting redundant info.

You can now optionally include the extra files.

Unless i missed something, i've rechecked the file, and realized its an mpeg encoder, not an mp3 encoder like i previously said. Sorry my bad.

I justed finished creating an installation file to slipstream WMP10. All you have to do is extract it into your I386 directory. Cant upload it until i find at least 11mb of storage space.

Hey, you can upload it to EzShare - it allows up to 20 MB, and any number of downloads.

From there on, lets hope someone who downloads it will have a good/fast server to provide. ;)

Hi,

In short, all I wish to do is completely integrate WMP10 into my Windows XP installation CD. I've integrated all the security updates thus far and now wish to add WMP10.

Obliviator, could you PM me if you do not have any free disk space for your 11MB file?

Can anyone provide any other means to integrate completely WMP10 into a WinXP Corp installation CD?

Thx.

can someone plz but the cab files on the internet or let me have them, i will also host them, because i have no clue how to make the cab file

extract as directed

open cmd

cd to folder

for %f in (*.*) do makecab %f

then delete the old files

I'll probably write a batch for this at somepoint... probably after I find out what to do with the "other" files

cd <foldername>

MD CABS

for %f in (*.*) do makecab %f CABS\%f

ren CABS\*.* *.??_

i have no clue wut ur talking about. it would be nice if some1 actually gave detailed steps

do the files have to be all in one .cab file of all of them separatly cabbed?

also can i just put all of the installation files into the xp cd b/c i want to make sure that i have alll of the features available, besides i have 250mb free on the disc?
