just out of curio, when do you allplan on installing SP1? or do you plan on installing it at all?

you know i use win2k now, but if i was still using XP i dont think i would install it i'd just go back to win 2k like i did i couldnt be doing with all the hassle of changing cd keys and crap and no doubt ms will probably try to stop people using blocked keys from installing future direct x updates.

Yes. On certain PCs.

No. On uncertain PCs.

I never used a condom before and see no reason to start using one now, :)

oops i think i messed up my vote. :)

anyway i meant to vote for "I already have."

lol one would be me

can you not see whos voted for what like with vbulletin?

Its just a simple download and install isn't it?! lol...

It must do it by itself (.exe) etc...

How is it not safe?! Had testing for a long time...

flash, it could be unsafe because its not released yet, because it might screw up windows, lock your install or whatever, use your head a bit :)

I think I will install - but want to spend a bit more time looking it over (haven't worried too much about it because I have tended to DL all the updates when available).

mine went perfectly ok, u can choose the option to have the files added to add/remove prorams, so that if it goes wrong u can always take it off again

I am going to wait until the 9th, I am not convinced by this release from yesterday.

:)

I probably have most of it, as I've installed a zillion updates. Will wait till 9th/
