Very normal.  And a giganctic advantage compared to the "simpler days" of single-process.

This question can very easily turn into a "flaming browser war" and that's not really the intent of MSFN.

...

Thanks for explaining. I am not complaining, was just wondering for a moment. I almost never used chrome before, so I am just a rookie considering chrome's methods. And for the most part I can only solve that by trying and reading myself, and not wasting too much of your time.

Of course there are technically good things about chrome, similar to how I expect there to be technically good things in Windows 10/11. (Even though the latter p***es me off in many other aspects.) This chrome install already succeeded in one scenario, where Newmoon 28 was failing recently with endless loops of cloudflare checks. So there it saves me a reboot into Linux. Much appreciated!

PS. The systems I use are based on intel 6-series 2011/2012 motherboards with at least 4GB of RAM. Which is around the maximum for Windows XP x86 anyways. No worries.

does mega file storage work on 360 chrome? ive tried it on a lot of other older browsers and the only one I can ever get it to work on is the old mypal and anything after that won't work (its my main file storage I use to store everything)

I'm sure I've downloaded files from Mega with 360Chrome, and it worked fine.

AMAZING!  I don't know how you do it, but congratulations on such an accolade.  I'll screencap the low-end computer shortly.  My Celeron motherboard isn't in it at the moment, so I can't do my "worst" at the moment.

4.39 + 144 +123.93 + 123.95 + 111.2 + 121.83 + 151.26 = 780.56

You're right! The values speak for themselves!

780.56 is incorrect answer for this calculation. The correct answer is 789.92 for this calculation. And also, the RAM consumption of the last 360chrome.exe process (in your screenshot) reads 151.26not 151.62, so the answer with 151.26 (and not 151.62) is 789.56!

I can pay all of my utility bills and access my bank accounts in XP.

I can NOT do that with anything else out there, so "my hands are tied", so to speak, I have to use 360Chrome.

I'm not the only one in this boat, so it kinda doesn't matter how much water is splashed around it.

edit - but it does tell me I need to get that low-end computer running x64 and ditch the x86.

789.92 is incorrect. I had two number error when transcribing the values, but my sum value is correct. Maybe, you should calculate the sum once again. It's not that hard. ∑ = 780.56

And these values tell me that on old, underpowered computers with a 32-bit processor and Windows XP, the 360Chrome 13.5 build 2022 browser is not an option. nimportequoi.gif This browser needs a 64-bit processor which old, "period correct" computers don't have. smilie_denk_24.gif

Yeah, I didn't use Sigma at all. I just did a normal calculation.
