maile3241
Hello all, I found a way on YouTube to be able to open IE without Edge. Instruction: Open notepad and type: CreateObject("InternetExplorer.Application").Visible=true Save it e.g. IE.vbs. It is important that it must have the filename .vbs Then double-click on the file. I personally don't find the IE function in Edge particularly well solved. I don't use it any more.

xpandvistafan
I wonder how long they will keep IE11 in Windows 11 considering how IE has been unsupported since June 15.

i430VX
It is my understanding that there is an edge web engine that is intended to replace IE. I have no idea if that has switched over yet, but I would sort of doubt it. I would imagine it would eventually switch to this chromium engine
