Thank you, i had it as Link instead of Menu. Another thing i'd like is for it to group full start menu starting with windows with most items, instead of group from left to right. Example: If i have Windows Explorer all the way to the left in start menu, that groups last. If i have it all the way to the right, it groups first. If i have 5x Windows Explorer to the right for example, i want that to group before programs i have 2x open of. That's how it worked in Windows 10. Edited November 16 by yshdmt
ender` Posted November 16 Posted November 16 I noticed a problem with classic Control Panel when StartAllBack's dark mode is enabled: the (keyboard) focus rectangle is not visible at all. This only affects Control Panel, and only in dark mode (in light mode and in high contrast mode there are no problems); it doesn't matter what the view is set to, it happens in Category, Large Icons and Small Icons views. I'd post a screenshot, but there's nothing to show at all. 1
ori0039 Posted November 16 Posted November 16 The Restart and update and shutdown and update functions does not work. they just shutdown or restart normally. 1
gabritb01 Posted November 17 Posted November 17 @TihiyCould you add the ability to disable completely the explorer integration with an on/off switch like the taskbar and start menu section? Thanks for your time and work.
Tihiy Posted November 17 Author Posted November 17 How should it be different beyond current toggles?

ender` Posted November 21 Posted November 21 I just upgraded my main workstation to 24H2, and I noticed that some of my taskbar settings were lost, specifically the taskbar was only 1 row high, and my Quick Launch toolbars were missing (is SaB using Windows' own Registry settings for this, and Microsoft reset them?). Also, please add a classic Alt+Tab dialog, the modern one is so much worse for my workflow.
Lemonade Posted November 22 Posted November 22 Hey Guys, i have two licenses and since the latest update i have the following problem: I have my starting bar on the right and when i press the "startbutton" the menu will open in the bottom center of the screen. Before it opend right next to the button Best Regards
dreamflasher Posted November 22 Posted November 22 @Tihiy amazing software, thank you for your fantastic work. Worth every cent. I'd like to propose a feature request, maybe some others would find it helpful as well: In Start menu → Elements on the right side, it would be fantastic if I could not only add my own folders, but my own shortcuts. I would love to have a list of my most often used/favorite programs in there. Thank you for considering.
networkme Posted November 23 Posted November 23 @Tihiy I was using StartAllBack on a Surface device (tablet) and noticed the mouse buttons option does not appear on the taskbar. See attached photo for StartAllBack example and Microsoft website for how it should look... https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/windows/open-the-on-screen-touchpad-2d402c64-949b-05ca-ebeb-978a6548d151#ID0EBD=Windows_11 This was on latest version (v3.8.13).
Uiti P. Uszer Posted November 23 Posted November 23 (edited) @Tihiy I had used Open Shell for over a decade and I had always used its single column classic Start Menu with a skin. Is there any chance we could get a skinned classic Start Menu in SAB? Since Open Shell is nearly defunct on Win 11 now. Also I have SAB on another PC of 11 that has 3 monitors and SAB only styles the main taskbar on the main monitor, is there any way to make SAB style all taskbars on all monitors? In other words, does SAB have multi monitor taskbar support? Edited November 23 by Uiti P. Uszer

OedoSoldier Posted November 24 Posted November 24 @Tihiy I installed a third-party theme and turned off the 'Colorize everything with accent color' feature, but the controls in the file properties opened by Explorer do not reflect the third-party theme's color. However, in other software, the controls in the file properties do show the third-party theme's color. Why is this happening?
