endbase Posted September 4, 2015 Posted September 4, 2015 (edited) Kind of magic ! Don't know about that but the answer is clear I guess it is not working with the taskbar Edited September 4, 2015 by endbase
bigmuscle Posted September 4, 2015 Author Posted September 4, 2015 No magic. Neither one of these system has taskbar blur by default thus it only depends which technique you used to enable it.

It's normal because, in Windows 10 Classic Shell use the "modern" blur for the taskbar (the same than Action Center and default start menu) Edited September 4, 2015 by MTDirector
klasik Posted September 4, 2015 Posted September 4, 2015 MTDirector did you now how can i get the old behavior? Maybe it worth to try out some old versions?
MTDirector Posted September 4, 2015 Posted September 4, 2015 You can read this theard, it's about the taskbar blur http://www.msfn.org/board/topic/174377-windows-10-how-to-make-taskbar-get-aero/
rhg001 Posted September 4, 2015 Posted September 4, 2015 (edited) bigmuscleHow can I accomplish Modern Frame Removal for WIN 10? I have seen some older articles about using modernframes.dll. Now I can't seem to find a place to download this file for testing. A simple step-by-step How To would be helpful. Thanks in advance. Edited September 4, 2015 by rhg001
NoelC Posted September 4, 2015 Posted September 4, 2015 (edited) Then ask Classic Shell developer why he uses different techniques for Win8.1 and Win10.I had that discussion with him when he removed the accent that Aero Glass for Win 8+ uses. What we have now is what he replaced it with. I think he felt that using the Win 10 native blur is simply more useful overall for folks who are not using Big Muscle's tool.Blame Microsoft for returning a half-a$$ed rendition of Aero Glass to try to placate users who wrote numerous feedbacks.-Noel Edited September 4, 2015 by NoelC 1
amincom Posted September 4, 2015 Posted September 4, 2015 (edited) Thanks bigmuscle for new update, could you please inform me if it's possible to transfer donation key related to my damaged PC to a new one? Edited September 4, 2015 by amincom
bigmuscle Posted September 4, 2015 Author Posted September 4, 2015 Sure, you can deactivate any key at any time, then just wait and you will be able to generate new key soon.
NoelC Posted September 4, 2015 Posted September 4, 2015 I had to reboot to install something, and now I can confirm that the "lock screen breakup while sliding up" problem is fixed in 1.4.1. -Noel
Ex_Brit Posted September 4, 2015 Posted September 4, 2015 (edited) Bigmuscle, it's been so long since I installed the software in my old Win 8.1 that I've forgotten how to apply the key. Can I use the same key for Windows 10 or shoudl I re-donate?(I upgraded to Win 10 Pro). Edited September 4, 2015 by Ex_Brit
