Well I hope you're just one weirdo which uses reverse hotkeys and pixel targeting. I'll evaluate the feedback on 2.0 (which should have come during beta) and then I will or won't make changes. There was a lot of feedback about using StartIsBack without its start menu so now in 2.0 it is a legal citizen. Meanwhile, ++1.3.4 is still available and should work on Creators Update: http://startisback.com/StartIsBackPlusPlus134_setup.exe Edited March 25, 2017 by Tihiy

It was literally just the standard windows "This application has stopped responding" dialogue, coming from the configuration utility. There was no error message, no windows popping up, nothing useful. I have these in the event log though. levaac Posted March 26, 2017 Posted March 26, 2017 Tihiy I agree with CKyHC. I would like to return this function. Sorry for the bad english.
Cromat Posted March 26, 2017 Posted March 26, 2017 (edited) Hi, I have an issue with this version. When I search "installation" (to find "Paramètre d'installation des périphériques"), result is found but it cannot be open. Same for all settings from GodMod. But after open it with defaut windows start menu, the link was found and open "Paramètre d'installation des périphériques". I suppose that is the same issue with Onedrive, look at the screenshot. Cromat Posted March 26, 2017 Posted March 26, 2017 (edited) edit: sorry for double post :/ edit 2: revert back to 1.34, link from "Paramètre d'installation des périphériques" works (and all from godmod), but Onedrive is gone from menu ^^ edit 3: forget issue with onedrive, it was a corrupted registry key. extracted it from other PC and now it works. Cromat Posted March 26, 2017 Posted March 26, 2017 Yeah it works ! Tanks for your reactivity For OneDrive I know, the issue was not in StartisBack and I have fixed it.

Can you confirm these are false positives? Your lack of reply is concerning. Why does the installer share the SHA256 hash of a file called 7ZSfxMod_x86.exe? Viper6 Posted March 27, 2017 Posted March 27, 2017 Just installed 2.0.1 How do I get rid of the "Display as a menu" option when right-clicking? 1

Seems to happen whenever one clicks on a transparent pixel of the startbutton.

MrGRiM Posted March 28, 2017 Posted March 28, 2017 Seems to be a problem when selecting the classic context menu but only on the toolbars sub menu.

I am used to clicking on Start Menu -> right-clicking on 'This PC' and then clicking on 'Properties' which is always at the BOTTOM of the list of options. Now the BOTTOM option has been changed to 'Display as menu'. Is there a way to re-order that menu or hide 'display as menu'. I just want 'Properties' to be the last option in that list as it has always been. 1
