DosProbie
Not having any issues as well, sure you have latest version? What are the file sizes?~DP Edited March 28, 2015 by DosProbie
dhjohns
I try to open Paint, or Picasa with OldNew installed, and they immediately, or very soon after go to not responding. Uninstall OldNew, and they are back to normal. I downloaded from TiHiy's link above. EDIT: Interesting, I opened the config file, and clicked install, now everything seems OK. I never changed a thing. I have the folder on my C drive, and didn't remove it. Clicking uninstall several hours ago, then just now clicking install seems to have made the issue go away. Hmmm.... tajlund
I'm having a problem. I need to uninstall oldnewexplorer to check something and nothing happens when I click uninstall in the config. NVM I figured it out. I had changed it's location since first running it. Works fine now. Edited March 31, 2015 by tajlund
Tusticles
Some problems with win10 build 10049, open/save file dialog not opening, uninstalling onex solves it. I tried with notepad and wordpad.
MagicAndre1981
OldNewExplorer also breaks OpenDialogs for me under Windows 8 while installing MSI packages like LibreOffice/VisualSVN. The applications simply hang/become unresponsive. Unregistering OldNewExplorer fixes it. I only activated the option to kill the Up Button. stereohead
hi y'all! Well i have a bit of a bug with OldNewExplorer in W8.1. Windows photo app doesn't work! It just shows blank screen with its logo and just stays like that, when i close it i get these messages: "the app didn´t start in the required time" and (not as often) "the remote procedure call failed". After couple of tries it will start and work as long as i don't kill it (Alt+F4).This happens every time i start my OS, so it really sucks. I do want to keep using the OldNewExplorer so i turn to you 4 help!Any ideas?

My1
could you include a function that makeds the bookmarks in 7/8/8.1(/10) appear like they did in vista? in short they were seperated from the folder structure, making them nicely always accessible on the top of the list. dhjohns
Yea, the list of things that OldNewExplorer breaks in Windows 10 is a long, and growing one. I had to uninstall it immediately to regain control of my OS.
MrGRiM
No problems here on the latest build, just had to uncheck "Use libraries; hide folders form This PC" otherwise it would cause all sorts of problems, just used a registry hack instead to remove the extra folders. MrGRiM
Thanks Tihiy, I take it your starting to get annoyed with Windows 10, not very impressed with it myself so far, taskbar is completely non themeable now and it looks to only get worse, looks like I will be sticking with Windows 8 unless we can find a way to undo all the bullcrap MS is throwing at us.
