OldNewExplorer 1.1.9

Hello,

Sorry I am a newbie in this forum and I could able to find this topic just now. I asked the same question in another topic as well but I think this is the right one to ask.

My problem is that I can not uninstall OldNewExplorer from my computer. After a windows update and restarting my computer my explorer is totally messed up and I am guessing it is related to OldNewExplorer because that is the only thing which modified shell extension , there is nothing else except that which can effect explorer. Currently I can not reach any drives , files inside my explorer it simply shows blank windows. Control Panel , everything is same... How can I fix this issue? When I click uninstall in OldNewExplorer window nothing happens. It still says installed.

Last photo is Control Panel screen which is totally gone (even I can`t close the window by pressing X on the corner).

Please help me. I don`t know what to do. @Tihiy
