eshield
Hi, community.I just want to know one thing: Is vLite dead? There are 4 (!!) months have passed since last version Thanks.PS: Please, dont post stupid answers just for fun
alrichdesa
No! Absolutely Not!It is much alive, since SP1 was released a long time ago, vLite was continuously debugged and now we have a stable version.....no bugs! Now that SP2 RC has been released you will take back your post, vLite will be up and kicking like never before. Besides I think that the developer is working on a version for Windows 7..... Tseng
I sure hope the vLite is alive and well.Because the Vista SP2 Release Candidate was just published by Microsoft.Would be really nice to have vLite to do the shirinking Vista SP2.

hackder
It's sad that we have no open source vLite or something alternative, the "Genuine" Windows is really ugly!
Kelsenellenelvian
It's NOT sad we have no open source vLite\nLite...We DO NOT need dozens of hacked up dangerous versions out there. They are to powerfull and way to customized to let the general public\hackers have access to it.Think of this - you get the "Latest and Greatest" vLite and after vLiting your system you install it, then all of a sudden your system goes online and starts routing porn, viruses and spam emails... frozen78
If we only had some kind of statement from the author of vLite, like for example: "New version with the support of Windows 7 is in the works..." or something like that, my life would become much brighter :-(
