Stoner81
Hey m8 ive had a thought.. this version of WLM needs Silverlight v2 installed before it will work now the current installer doesn't include this so wud it be possible to include the Silverlight v2 installer as well with this? I have the stand alone installer file for Silverlight v2 if you want it?http://rapidshare.com/files/196416198/Silverlight_v2.exeI've installed it and used it without Silverlight and haven't had any problems. Is there some were saying it is needed. As far as I know Silverlight is MS answer to Flash and it's for programming web apps\browser plugins for animation and such. The full version download has the Silverlight exe in it, it is not added as only msi's are added to the list. If it is needed I can add exe's as well and Silverlight can use the /q switch but you would need the 134MB d/l of the WLMAhh reet m8 ok no worries, the full version (134mb) says it needs Silverlight due to the video call stuff (i think?) anyay thanks for the info I install Silverlight in my system through the WPI (along with everything else) so no worries.Stoner81.PS - Got the latest version (Build 4)! thanks m8! sugarlee
Found the problem: dw20shared.msi was missing in the .cache map. Found the file in a temp folder elsewhere. Then I made an extra map according to the ini file and placed the dw20shared.msi in there and now it works great! Thanks for the good work Benners! It says "found" at my end.Could this be cause im on x64?It could be. I have only tested this on 32bit Windows ( I can't really support 64bit). I tried to use Virtualbox to create a 64bit VM on the 32bit system, I think it is supposed to be allowed, but when the setup process finishes loading all the drivers my machine always reboots, so I ditched that. I use reg.exe to export the reg file as it is quicker, but this could be changed, and I am not sure whether reg.exe works on 64bit. As for the buttons, again I am unsure, it could be the 64bit. Does the red cross at the top of the GUI not close the program?.Can anybody else confirm that this prog is useless on 64bit?Found the problem: dw20shared.msi was missing in the .cache map. Found the file in a temp folder elsewhere. Then I made an extra map according to the ini file and placed the dw20shared.msi in there and now it works great! Thanks for the good work Benners!Glad it's sorted. I have added a file check on the msi's as they are added to the list. If the missing MSI is a required one the process will stop. If it is an optional one then the list will load, the missing MSI will not be added and an error will be logged.
