Hi,The entire reason why its not possible currently, might lie in how the boot process is carried out. Normally, a boot-image is loaded into memory, and then further instructions given by it, are executed. Now, lets say you had an ISO image of 690 MB to be booted from. As you might have guessed, that would require loading the entire ISO into memory, which is still not possible with most PCs today. Some day, when PCs have enough RAM as to load 690 MB up, and still have enough memory left for other operations, this might be considered realistically.
