Can anyone help? When I type perl index.pl on the terminal, it prints out the output. But when I executes it via web browser, I got the 500 Internal Server Error .

Since nobody likes this idea, I am not going to put that feature on my page .

I have a file index.pl in cgi-bin folder, and it works fine on the terminal. But when I execute it on the web browser, I got the Internal Server Error. I checked the error_log file, and it said: Premature end of script header: index.pl. Can anyone help me solve this issue?

I figured it out. The web server get nothing for the $HTTP_REFERER if the referfer is my local server. When I use another website as the referer, it works fine. Thank you for your replies .

I fixed the problem by changing $a to $aa. Thanks eXPerience-XP for your help .
