  1. Not amazed: SigmaTel's AC'97 drivers are as sucky as AD's (SoundMAX)... Request implemented, topic closed.
  2. FYI: you must have the KB888111 hotfix installed prior to installin these drivers: these are HDA drivers. That's what caused you alot of headaches. Request implemented, topic closed.
  3. Request implemented, topic closed.
  4. Request implemented, topic closed.
  5. Don't you remember that I added the driver you sent me. It still didn't work for you... The cause: the driver could only be installed correctly by the installer. And the installer required a connection to the internet...
  6. Your problems are indeed the hardest ones to solve. I guess some gods don't like you or it simply is bad luck...
  7. It's not included because: -huge filesize -most users don't want it -it causes alot of problems -it's not necessary (e.g. the ATI CCC is necessary)
  8. That'd be a great help!
  9. RJARRRPCGP is correct. Are you sure you're using the latest DriverPack Graphics? That's a bug in one of nVidia's older drivers.
  10. I doubt you are using the latest DriverPack Graphics... which you'll need to use if you want this to work smoothly.
  11. Are you sure all these computers have totally different mass storage controllers or chipsets?
  12. You must have used method 2: this method circumvents the maximum size of the winnt.sif file's OemPnPDriversPath entry, because it writes the DevicePath straight to the registry. EDIT: I cannot (yet!) help you with the DriverPacks + SMS OSD... I hope someone else can help you!
  13. ... the C++ version of the DriverPacks BASE, and the DriverPacks that will come after its release. PlatformsBartPEWindows PEERD CommanderOPK (Oem Pre-install Kit) (topic)Windows XP x64 EditionWindows Vistastand-alone 'DriversCD', with auto-install optionsOptions[KtD] specify a custom path for the KtD (Keep the Drivers) option[KtD] specify KtD drivers based on device type (scanners, graphics cards, monitors, CPU's, etc.)[KtD] specify KtD drivers based on interface type (USB, FireWire, WiFi, PCI, PCIe, PCMCIA, etc.)running the DriverPacks BASE silently, using a file with presets (or using switches)[slipstream method] do a 'true' slipstream: you won't be able to see the difference between 'original drivers' and 'DriverPacks drivers' (includes driver.cab updating and extensive dosnet.inf & txtsetup.sif updating)
  14. This is also one of the features that will be included in the C++ version...
  15. For now, I see no use in offering an option to do this. This would only further 'crapize' the already crappy script that forms the DriverPacks BASE. I assure you that in the C++ version of the DriverPacks BASE virtually every possible setting, directory, or whatever, can be set!
  16. I don't know what you mean, since I've only included the official ATI driver (there is no such thing as a Medion driver for ATI GPU's). The only thing I can think of, is that your card is being tagged as a 'Medion' device. Well, that's nothing special. Maybe your older driver didn't tag it that way, but I can assure you it's just a name... What option are you missing?
  17. Boxed CPU's come with a standard cooling system that includes a fan and a heatsink with a pre-applied sticky, once-appliable thermal pad. EDIT: To make things clear: that means that tray/OEM CPU's come WITHOUT cooling...
  18. I was told to have somewhere in the 7000% of all forum posts... LOL Must be a small database error...?
  19. Sorry... It's already included Request already implemented, topic closed.
  20. Okay Question answered, topic closed. EDIT: reopened on request.
  21. *SIGH Download the DriverPacks only, extract them and put them all together on a DVD (they don't fit all on one CD). OR Download the DriverPacks AND the DriverPacks BASE, start DriverPacks BASE, choose method 1, copy all drivers from UWXPCD_ROOT\D to your CD (now they're CABbed, thus smaller and therefore they can now fit onto one CD...).
  22. Please post the HWIDs! Check my sig for a tool!
  23. If you'd send me the HWID, I might be able to solve it
  24. Please post the HWID for that device!
