  1. Eh... there's more than just an icon to a control panel...
  2. The reason is simple: I excluded the control panel. It's impossible to add all control panels, due to filesize reasons. I'll make an exception for this one, since it's a universal driver...
  3. Are you using an XPized system? Then that's the cause. Please search the DriverPacks General Discussion forum for the keyword 'XPize' and you'll find the exact reasons.
  4. Are you using DriverPacks BASE V6.01.1 or higher and DriverPack Graphics A V6.01.1?
  5. That's only possible if you first created your UWXPCD in the order DriverPacks > nLite and now again DriverPacks. You should have done it the other way around: nLite > DriverPacks and now again DriverPacks... It's clearly mentioned in the tutorial!
  6. Only updated the documentation and the UpdateChecker. That's the 'definition' of 'maintenance' when applied to the DriverPacks BASE.
  7. 9. DriverPack LAN V6.02.1 Changelog: V6.02.1 (22 Feb 06) -New: support for ADMtek AN983 & AN985 & ADM9510/ADM9511/ADM9513 NIC's. -New: support for Netgear FA120 NIC. V6.02 (05 Feb 06) -Updated: Realtek 8139(A/B/C/D/8130)/810X/8169/8169S(B)/8110S(B) driver from 11/29/2005,5.638.1116.2005 [6.38] to 01/18/2006,5.639.0118.2006 [6.39]. Download
  10. BTS DriverPacks BASE V6.02.5 Changelog: V6.02.5 (25 Feb 06) -Fixed: [DPB]: RUN_ME.cmd: improved the processing of wrong entries. -Updated: [DPB]: BTS_DPs_finish.cmd: updated to reflect the changes in DriverPack Graphics A V6.02, DriverPack Graphics B V6.02.1 and DriverPack Sound A V6.02. -Updated: [DPM]: slipstream_DPM.cmd: updated to reflect the changes in DriverPack MassStorage V6.02.1. V6.02.4 (22 Feb 06) -Fixed: [DPB]: RUN_ME.cmd: now you can enter wrong entries without letting the script crash! V6.02.3 (19 Feb 06) -Updated: [DPB]: updated to reflect the changes in DriverPack MassStorage V6.02. V6.02.2 (15 Feb 06) -Fixed: [DPB]: the ATI CCC (and the SiS control panel) will not be CABbed anymore when using method 1 (this prevented them from being installed). -Updated: [DPB]: Installation_Instructions.htm: updated the final sizes for DriverPacks Graphics A and B when using method 1. V6.02.1 (14 Feb 06) -Updated: [DPB]: BTS_DPs_finish.cmd: updated to reflect the changes in DriverPack Graphics A V6.02 (which finally solves the problems with the ATI CCC!). -Updated: [DPB]: BTS_DPs_finish.cmd: updated to reflect the changes in DriverPack Graphics B V6.02. V6.02 (05 Feb 06) -No changes. Maintenance update. Download Known issues -none REMARK I was obligated to switch to the Catalyst Control Center instead of the Contol Panel for all ATI graphics drivers! As a consequence, you will need to have the .net framework installed BEFORE the installation of the control panel starts (which is at GUIRunOnce or RunOnceEx, depending on your choice) or you will run into problems!
  11. There's your cause! The DriverPacks support everything that's not yet included by default in Windows XP... NOT EVERYTHING!
  12. The chances of the cause lying somewhere inside the DriverPacks are even smaller then... If I were you, I'd start my UWPXCD from scratch and only include the DriverPacks. Then do an installation on one of the PC's of which you KNOW it didn't work properly. I BET it will work smoothly. I really believe the cause lies somewhere else.
  13. So do you want to use RIS or just a media (CD/DVD) installation? Please clarify that first.
  14. Moved to XPCreate.
  15. Moved to Unattended RIS Installation.
  16. Google is your friend. Useless topic: topic closed.
  17. Try the txtsetup.sif method of section #1.
  18. ROFL... You thought you had a cheap buy, right? Keep in mind that the warranty period also matters! Moved to Hardware Hangout.
  19. Correct me if I'm wrong, but this is something new?!?
  20. @fragbert: that driver was in the list of supported devices, but odd enough it wasn't actually included in the DriverPack... (which isn't DriverPack Sound A, but DriverPack Sound B). It's fixed in DriverPack Sound B V6.02, though.
  21. Splitted these 2 posts into a new request... Request implemented, topic closed.
  22. I assume you're using the SB95P V2 shuttle barebone, which is the best match for your HWIDs. I've downloaded the drivers, they seem to be some custom RealTek HDA drivers. Since those drivers belong to DriverPack Sound A, I'll do them later: now I'm updating DriverPack Sound B.
