  1. I think these files come from Jdeboeck's Windows XP in 185 MB link: http://jdeboeck.msfnhosting.com
  2. I think he already knew that. I think he means he added the S3 drivers (which are emulated in one of these emu progs) and they didn't work either. Well, I can only say: are you a 100% sure you've added the right drivers and/or the complete package of drivers? (for emulation purposes)
  3. Very useful feature, didn't know it existed! Thank you!
  4. If you mean dividing a new hard disk into partitions for the first time, I doubt it. It's nearly impossible as I think. This requires user intervension. I think it IS possible. Unless you mean _multiple_ partitions, then you're right. Windows Setup can automatically partition and format hard disks: if set to autopartition: -if it finds a new (unpartitioned/unformatted) it will make one big partition on it -windows installs to the first hard disk, if it isn't empty it installs to first one that's empty -if there's only one hard disk, with one or multiple partitions which aren't empty, it will reformat the first partition and install windows to it. I'm quite sure of this, but perhaps it's better if someone could verify it?
  5. LOL I'd never think of that....
  6. I think I've seen it on this forum once, a couple of monts ago. But I have no clue who did it or where I can find it. But I think it's indeed possible. Just being curious - what would you like to add?
  7. Do you mean it _wouldn't_ or it _won't_ work? I guess the last one? NONE of these drivers get installed or just a few of them? EDIT: in the end of your OEMPnPDriversPath, you have to delete a ";" !
  8. I didn't know of that either! Good to know...
  9. Welcome! I think it's amazing that people of all over the world are gathered here, but I haven't seen Mexico yet I think. Perhaps you could set in your control panel that you're from Mexico? A little flag will appear under your nickname then.
  10. Welcome! Maybe you already know, maybe not, but you can find the official guide over here: http://unattended.msfn.org njoy!
  11. Perhaps your ISP block port 80?
  12. Indeed, a very good advice. But please burn it to CD-RW's, unless you've got so many CD-R's that you don't care...
  13. I think you can do this with: -fraps -snagit? -hypersnap-DX Especially the last one is good for your purpose.
  14. I think it has to do with this: some usb sticks are bootable, some of them are not. I'm afraid yours isn't...
  15. Welcome on this forum! If you want to re-add those drivers, I'd search for drivers with *USB* in it. However, I'm just guessing. About installing this headset: I think it has to do with the fact your USB drivers (NOT USB audo device drivers, but drivers that make sure your USB ports work) aren't yet installed, which is why it can't detect your USB headset. But again I'm guessing...(first time I've heard someone wants to install a headset unattended...)
  16. Yes, it's a simple tutorial. But how can we possibly now what's wrong with your CD??? Please follow the guide again and DOUBLE-CHECK everything if it's there, after that you can ask again. grtz
  17. Have you actually searched for it? Use google and search for anything that's relative to what you're searching: -video editing -video encoding -... Do you want to capture straight from your screen, or are you going to use a VideoCamera?
  18. Where's the picture? (as you mentioned it....)
  19. REG ADD %KEY% /V FLAGS /D 0x00000020 /t REG_DWORD /f I've tried to use an equal command to prevent error dialog boxes. It didn't work...
  20. Cool, I will give it a shot right now and see how it goes. Then it is off figuring out the sound on these Dells I deal with and do the same. Yea, that's what I been doing untill I got everything I need to make my job more efficient . Get things done faster gives me to play more with stuff like this . For audio drivers, you could try my Sound DriverPack, which you can find in my sig!
  21. If you can't find any switches, you could search this forum for any VBscript. It's easy editable, so it'd prolly be easier!
  22. What's in the Win2000 folder? a inf file and a couple of sys files?
  23. Use a compression utility like WinRAR to extract it from the *.exe file.
  24. Just copy everything except for unneeded files (such as .txt). I can't give you a specific list, but it won't hurt if you copy too many files!
  25. All I can say is I installed it using or InstallShield setup, or using a vbscript I made. Search this forum for vbscript, download one and edit to your needs. It's very easy! grtz
