01. Open up outlook 02. Hold down alt+F then t (basically file, select import/export) 03. Choose export to a file 04. comma seperated values (windows) and select the outlook folder you wish to save (inbox, contacts, etc...) Make sure if you have subfolders to also save those. now on the other computer, just do the same as above but import... instead of export.
