  1. That means "There is not enough space on the disk". But some had issues with the Chinese version so I don't recommend it just yet. So far confirmed working are English and German versions.
  2. salam, please try on full unedited installation files of English Windows.
  3. It doesn't require much memory and your CPU is fast so my guess is some kind of virus scanner in the background? Also if you're rebuilding the image that puts stress on the HDD, you may want to use the first Apply method next time.
  4. Nice ideas, I'll throw in the comments: 1. Already does it automatically to add (vLite)...gonna see about optional, not a priority but nice 2. That's an idea! And I think it is possible, gonna check 3. That don't know...lets say your number 2 + vlite preset covers it to some extent
  5. Seems we found the cause. I can't help you there...gonna see about the file listing of that dvd from one of you but that's it.
  6. Are you all burning with vLite, it may easily be that? Do you make ISO with it and burn in some other program? Tried Virtual Machine?
  7. Which Vista versions are you using, I mean is it RTM?
  8. Since his topic name is a little more precise lets continue there http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=87912
  9. Yes and ACDSee wants STI.DLL Just use the File Protection option in the next version, it all depends what you need, it would be silly to keep all those files by default.
  10. tordenflesk, do you read what I write! Jesus that other guy to whom I said the same on the email already thanked that it cleaned the temp files. Have patience until the next version if you don't want to browse one more time...or better yet don't use it.
  11. tordenflesk, yes select that same Vista installation files and the vLite will delete the temp folder files during loading.
  12. RickSteele, if you did it in order as stasys44 says then explain to me how to get those errors.
  13. Jeronimo, gonna see about that misplaced window Camarade_Tux, felt like screaming something how I felt in that moment, probably Wii marketing got me tordenflesk, first relax, what is copied can be deleted. Maybe it was you who contacted me on the email about this but I added the clean option in the next version and also told you or that other person that by browsing the image in next session will clean the temp folder automatically, vlite is crafty when it comes to permissions If it doesn't clean it then tell me the full path of the few files (or folders) of which you talk about, thx.
  14. Thanks, we can't call it an error, as you can see WIA removed WIA file missing. However if I see any other program needing that file I'll keep it. Also it's time for a Keep box.
  15. Sure, it messed up for me during installation of the programs I usually do, maybe Firefox triggered it. Anyway remove this registry key and it's solved: [HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\InternetShortcut\ShellEx\IconHandler] But to be safe first right click and export to some file so you can return it if needed.

    TCPIP patch

k, here you go http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showto...27465&st=10 keyword FolderSizeThreshold
  17. I presume vl1234 you ment on the Framework Lite. Gonna check that, but eventually only people who install Vista from XP for the first time will need it.

    TCPIP patch

You're right, I mixed up usbport patch with the tcpip. I will actually disable the recompression for that one, nice find. I just don't like your tone but what the hell...I'll just complain a little.
  19. DigeratiPrime, I must say I'm little surprised by that part "I took my existing post vLite 0.5 install source". Isn't it obvious that I fixed some of the components removed...how can you be affected by that fix if you removed it with the vLite 0.5. Anyway it's cool, you'll be glad to see that it works. For the future reference to all it's best to use it on the clean installation source, at least try it if something in the changelog doesn't seem right. Then report it and I'll be glad to fix.
  20. I'll remove that question in the future, seems like I taunted a few people with it unintentionally. It's hard to adapt that Vista is released.
  21. Hanschke, ok, don't take it the wrong way it's just I heard that AIO doesn't work. However it's weird how it didn't popup for you to reinstall Filter Manager if it's not there.
  22. dAbReAkA and 3aces, do you maybe have those all in one pir#!ed versions?
  23. Since there is a great number of components in the Vista left and I can't add them all at once since I pay attention to the dependencies and try to make them more user friendly, you can suggest few components (2-3) which you would like to be removed in the next update, also the tweaks you would like to see in the Tweaks page. Note: things which are done and conversations around it will be deleted to keep it more readable in the future.
  24. Yey, what to say...now includes full 64bit support, test it and post in the suggestion box if you have some idea to prioritize (pinned topic). Oh and the minimum ISO is around 800MB now by using one of the 32bit Home editions I think. Almost there...first goal is 700MB ISO to fit on the CD then I'll we'll start the Unattended options. Check for the download at vLite.net.
