Get the inetcomm.dl_ from the original windows cd and expand it in c:\windows\system32 then run regsvr32 inetcomm.dll. Hope this fixes your problem. Cheers.

Try a different power supply that you know it's working. If this doesn't work either, then I'm afraid you need another motherboard.

Replace the RAM and try again. If you still hear more than a short beep then your motherboard is dead.

I'd start off by checking the PSU, then the motherboard. Can you see any damaged capacitors on the motherboard (odd shaped ones)? Change the PSu first and reboot.

Is your NIC enabled?

No beeps = no POST. Clear the BIOS and see if it starts up. To clear the CMOS (BIOS) refer to the motherboard manual. If you haven't got one then unplug your pc from the mains, remove the battery located on the motherboard, wait ~10 seconds then plug it back in. Power up the pc and come back with your findings.
