1st thing that differs in ipb 2 is it allows multiple attachments. I've a forum running on beta of ipb 2 pdr 5 and ppl just love the attachment option. though a nice upload status showing how much of the file has been uploaded could be nice but..... the admin panel of ipb 2 is very very nicely organized.

wow that's indeed funny!. well I understand they might have problems but why does vpc have a problem I mean its MS's and hopefully I don't use any in that list...

u could use batch if exist "c:\program files" copy apps.txt c:\progra.... or if not exist "c:\program files" copy apps.sts d:\program files... I think? but how r u supposed to write the path? can firefox read it like this? doesn't it have a predefined method of storing relative paths?

ow okay 1 other easy way to find out first go dl regshot from here then monitor your registry for changes so 1st dl 2nd take a snapshot when the device is enabled 3rd take a snapshot after u disable the device then compare and choose html for the results this should give u a better approach.. ok here's what mine gives... some are unneccessary bc it add/removes network protocols and etc..

i assume u want to do this unattendedly? 1st thing that pops in my mind is to remove the driver from cd 2nd u can search the registry to find the ID and on that substring create a reg_dword value named ShowIcon and set it to 0. --> this won't disable, will just get rid of the icon 3rd attempt failed....

i think u can use winrar sfx and call up i386/update/update.exe never tried though... hmm wait I think power archiver handles this better. yes yes it also has an option to run after extraction wait wait why r u doing it this way? 1. attended: u can extract the files from sp2 exe, modify netfw.inf and just run update.exe from network, sus or cd... 2. unattended: slipstream sp2 to the cd, put the modified netfw.inf file to the cd too, then run setup.

I think that's a pretty good idea what ibm does. after all sp2 firewall has a good chance of messing up the network. I'd customize the sp2 archive if it was for 500000 computers also why is this funny?

@gamehead they soon have to realize that u're not gay and I don't believe its such a big issue putting pictures up, especially when they're drawn. I felt the same about parents (as most ppl do around adolescence period) but u soon realize that its all BS ,now I've a nice Brooke Burke calender in my room. they come and be like "is there a picture of her actually wearing something " she's wearing a bikini though ... and I don't think they're going to beat u up for putting a picture right? (I hope so?)

lol that's very lame all cd-roms use cdrom.sys imapi.sys etc.. from ms, and if they were to change it i'm sure sfc would complain about it yes if your dvd is 4.7gb disc (I don't believe much of the movie dvd's are like that these days) u can use dvd decrypter its something that I use very often too. with dvd dectrypter u copy the source right away. with dvd shrink u can copy and compress at the same time, some say that's bad for the dvd-rom but I hardly believe that and even so i could get a new one if it breaks, cd/dvd-roms are the cheapest components these days..

heh hp claimed wrong what kind of problems are u encountering go to www.doom9.org and www.videohelp.com for all stuff related with av. u've many alternatives depending on how much time u can spare on them, how much quality u like, how much patience u have. etc.. I use dvd shrink and nero for it. sometimes dvd2one. tried some of menu editing but takes time. and I use ifoedit for some other purposes...

check for virus check for spyware update every software u have.

erm okay Xperties didn't like the game and he says he doesn't have much time to mess around with every option in the game. that's him and its u. different ppl, if everyone was the same that'd be boring right? when u have 510 clients u have to monitor them for any questions they may ask, u've to set up things for new customers, and many more things. also the forums, since he's the head of the company, most ppl would expect him to answer questions in his forums. so that's taking quite a bit of time okay? and I'd so much would like to see u ppl managing things like that, then find time to play games! and I thing there is the difference in the ages. a high school student who has lots of time in his hands, lots of time to test all the new games can easily find time to change things around and maybe look for solutions in the web. but that changes when u're a businessman.

well look at far cry kind of has a better ai .. still i like doom 3 @deezire try a 5++.1 surround system then it gets a little scarier. as said on the following levels it gets a little lighter and I've increased the brightness through nvidia display panel (well I increased gamma.) @XPerties hl2 = half life 2 (long waited game )

i guess u were looking for a dos based app right? otherwise power archiver also compresses in cab format...

its not about it being dark its about having a "scripted game" that sucks. well yea the graphics, come on its the days of 256mb ram graphics cards, the graphics are expected like this, but the ai? (if player near by spawn and walk towards him and kill?, if player opens the door kill him?) well after playing 1-2 levels u can easily spot where the zombie's will be at. but still I play it bc I was expecting the game for a long time, and not so many games new these days that i like, if hl2 was to be released at the same time, i'd never play doom3.(unless I beat hl2 )

yes also u've probably subscribed to the forums and u get new topic notifications I find it pretty usefull I've set up rules in outlook to put different forums under different folders I just like to be tidy and also in your control panel u can unsubcribe from the topics or u can track topics.. each time u reply to a topic if there are any other replies u'll get an email

haha I've 3 mouses 2 on the laptop 1 is usb old dell inspiron 8200 rules! 1 touchpad 1 little purple thing in the middle of the keyboard 1 ms intelli mouse explorer all of them can be used at the same time of course controlling 1 cursor

do u guys see this hotfix in wu? if so have u guys formatted the drive then installed xp sp2? bc at my desktop I've installed sp2 over sp1 and I dont' seem to get that and at that link I wasn't redirected?
