  1. you read the XML correctly. It is the ATI card: - resumecritical="61091598" hiberwrite="5897000" hiberpageswritten="157341" hiberread="6260000" resume="67596000">Resume takes 67s and most time is spend on resuming the ATI card: <device start="116757154" duration="59921764" name="PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_6821&SUBSYS_C0E6144D&REV_00\4&383e238c&0&0008"> <driver start="116865644" duration="59813256" name="\Driver\amdkmdap" /> Your atikmdag.sys is version 8.01.01.1331. Try the 13.12 WHQL driver.

  3. yes, upload it to the skydrive. But make sure you've used the 8.1 version of the WPT to capture the trace.
  4. the new ISO works in a VM. In my first VM run I got a BSOD, after a reboot of the VM it worked. I've included all drivers in the PE. I'll create a newer ISO later this day. // Edit I've added the tabletInput, but it doesn't help. No touch available. The system doesn't freeze, I see the time is correct, I simply have NO input device (touch, or mouse/keyboard attached via USB hub which is connected with an adapter to the microUSB connector of the tablet. None of them works).
  5. open the laptop, remove the HDD and insert it again. This helped for a friend of my.
  6. connect your HDD to a different SATA port. Does this help?
  7. starting the SATA controller is still slow: - <phase name="bootStart" startTime="32" endTime="244183" duration="244151"> <pnpObject name="PCI\VEN_8086+DEV_1E03+SUBSYS_15071043+REV_04\3+11583659+2+FA" type="Device" activity="Start" startTime="243" endTime="240511" duration="240267" prePendTime="240267" description="Intel(R) 7 Series Chipset Family SATA AHCI Controller" friendlyName="" />
  8. I refer to FxxkMetro. It kills this thread.
  9. the screen flickering also occurs in a VM. I'll try to rebuild the ISO and look what happens. // Edit the new ISO works. Using the RP Theme file caused the error. But I have a new issue. This time the windows freezes and the only thing I see is an error message about "error starting TCPIP Registry compatibility". Now nothing happens. My attached keyboard/mouse and the touchscreen don't work.
  10. it doesn't come back (maybe Ms added now a restart, I only found it out during accident in the Release Preview). When you reboot it is back. I can't remember if there are error in the eventlog.
  11. I can't get the created ISO working with a Baytrail Tablet. I can boot from the UEFI USB drive, but I only see a flickering on the screen (screen changes between black and blue). Was anyone else able to use it on a 8.1 Baytrail Tablet?
  12. In the HDD graphs I see that both drives are busy for a long time. I would connect them to a different SATA port and try different cables.
  13. this tool kills the windows.immersiveshell.serviceprovider.dll!CImmersiveShellController::s_ImmersiveShellComponentsThreadProc thread. So you can use ProcExp and kill this and the modern is gone.
  14. yeah, now I must use the new close and hold it until the icons flips. this sucks on touch.
  15. Different tools use different offsets on the HDD for their "optimal" layout. So you always get different fragmentaiton results. But I gave it up. It makes no sense to discuss with you. Believe what you want and be happy
  16. I also want to completely close the apps. But it is not working. The apps are still running.
  17. WidowsBlinds does software rendering which his slower compared to BMs solution. He explained this here already.
  18. for me the 8.1 version of the tool also doesn't work.
  19. I see it makes no sense to give you facts, your "feeling" is correct. Believe this and be happy but don't recommend this to other users.
  20. I have no idea what the hwpolicy.sys does and why this is listed as ACPI. You have so many programs to load, that a normal HDD is too slowly.
