I dunno that much security software is bound to conflict SOMEWHERE. :S I would personally grab a bootable scanner of some type and remove all of that stuff, take it offline and scan the s*** out of the drive from dos or pe environment. Then run ccleaner and delete ALL previous sys restore points and make a new one. After that I would just stick to 2 Maybe MS essentials and malwarebytes? (Has worked for me for awhile now and I am DEFINITELY NOT a safe surfer )

@ cloferba --> I followed the tutorial EXACTLY as it is written a long time ago and it worked fine. From reading the other thread you have about this tutorial I understand you have a very limited understanding of it. Don't call an excellent thing bad because you have a hard time understanding it.

Thats how I did mine and I have all of the "E" editions on mine too.

How do you mean? I admit it looks a little bit "bloaty" and seems somewhat slow, but that's about it. It's only an impression, too. rt7lite is very crude and clunky... While it removes many things it left quite a bit of junk laying around. Plus like you said it is VERY slow...

I am sorry to say this but rt7lite is like using a hammer when a scapel is needed.

Nope nuhi never left his source codes with anyone...

nLite and vLite were more than good. They were simply awesome. Sadly Vista sucked and nuhi bowed out before 7 really got rolling. We can only hope that out of the few apps that are being developed one or two can take from nuhi and really take off.

What is the source you are using now? Official? SP1, SP2 , SP3? Clean and unmodified to start with?

The unmitigated gall of some people simple amazes me. Does he REALLY think we are dumb enough to believe he owns those iso's?
