OK I deleted the following: Audio folder Manual Folder All langs but en Changelog All themes but windows and vista ultimate All tools but sleep.exe The old BGInstall from the Vista_Ultimate theme Went from: 7.80megs to 4.74megs Which equals: @ 35%-40% savings (Now that seems like tons to me....) There is other things that can be deleted though but then your getting into crippling WPI quite a bit. If you cant save 5 megs of space on you CD then you REALLY need to upgrade...

You need to keep the windows theme in there. Save space? Delete everything in the tools folder except sleep.exe Delete all Lang files except lang_en.js Delete the manual folder. That will save you TONS of space.

Actually it's rather easy: Go get ThinApp from VMWare, it only costs $4,999.00 dollars. Run a fresh install of windows and have ThinApp monitor the Photoshop installation. It will then build you a portable version of Photoshop. Seriously thats the only way you'll get it to work right. This kind of app was never designed to be portable and the newer adobe apps even write to you MBR when installing. Thats why the "warez" version is so popular because they don't pay for this crap and then they get the neat toys. Also please don't ask how to aquire the warez version as it is very against the rules and we don't support warez.

The Mad Guy has not been around in AGES. But I am the current host of the program. Please upload you winntbbu.dll somewhere so I can see what, if anything went wrong. Also tell me what steps you took after replacing the winntbbu.dll file?

It is seriously the EULA I got when I went to install Super ORCA. They have "Bundled" the registered version. Thats why it says suite in it. Here is a screen grab of the install proccess: See on the top left? It says Super ORCA! But in the EULA it says the suite.
