i have gone through search but couldn't find what i am looking for.. i want to disable the SFC and WFP in windows by editing the corefile of windows XP i hope there is two method sfc_os.dll patch and a registry file ok i can replace the file ,, but what abt registry file which file should i have to edit for registry is this hivedef.inf or hivesys.inf or what ? i don't want to import *.reg file to disable SFC

As i format my PC one a month,, so its not possible to telephone my M$ vendor and ask for activation. also every time internet connection is also not possible. i have came to know that there is one file which is for registration .some thing calle wpa.dbl can it be backup for future and just replace the file for whenevr asked for activation. or can it be placed in $oem$\system32 in unattended so that it won't ask for activation after installation.

which version of Windows XP home Edition doesn't need to be activated after installation it it OEM or Retail Whats difference between VLK OEM Corporate Retail
